From the beginning, the explanation as to what needed to be done from Henry was professional and courteous. The workers, Manny (who is very knowledgeable) and his team went above and beyond to fix the several plumbing problems and replacing pipe. They were very efficient and the clean up was exceptional. It took 9 days to complete but today you would never have known they were here. I have advertised them to the neighborhood and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help.”

“Called later in the day on a Friday because a pipe burst in my rentals bathroom. They were out within 2 hours assessed the damage called the restoration company and on Saturday they fixed the lea. They also set up for the restoration company to come out who met me on a Saturday to make sure that my rental property was taken care of thanks for being so helpful fast and friendly!!!”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I hired them to find out if I had a broken pipe. I paid them $250 cash to use their camera to look inside the pipes and find out if the pipe was broken. They (a supervisor) said they looked at the Camara couldn't reach the pipe in question so they do not know if the pipe is broken or not. So what did I pay for? Why can't you see? What's in the way? They never showed me the footage, they never sent me the footage as they promised, it took me complaining to 3 people to even get a reciept 18 hours after the fact. The only thing they told me is the pipe will clog again and I would get a moving estimate because they will have to break up a concrete slab just to find the pipe to see what's happening. “Called Elite because their ad said they could have someone onsite within an hour............. 2.5 hours later someone showed up only to try and suck over $1300 out of our pocket !!!! All we needed was a outside faucet replaced and a leaking shower cartridge replaced. The tech tried to tell my wife he needed to replace all the exterior lines to fix the outside faucet..... $1300 +!! My wife told him NO, you can sweat out the copper piece with the faucet on it, sweat on a new one with a new faucet and be done. The tech did that, and $357 later was done in no time. After that, the tech really seemed to want nothing to do with fixing the shower cartridge, only saying it would be really Expensive!! Wouldn't even give an estimate when ask to. Bottom line, know what you need before you hire anyo”
