It has been a few weeks since Goodfellas came out and provided a new system for our home. The team that came out to evaluate and install was one of the most professional teams I have seen. We were referred to GoodFellas Air Conditioning, and all I can say is, look no further. We really lucked out with our HVAC technician, Logan. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. “Cole of Goodfellas gave a courtesy call to let me know he was 30 minutes away as did the office. He was extremely polite and very thorough. I had several issues going on with my unit and Cole did a great job communicating what he identified using photos and without mansplaining. He had a needed part available and installed it right away to get the unit running again. He made some recommendations about potential options and will be back out to double check the unit again based on the new part he installed. I greatly appreciate the service. These two guys finished my whole repipe in 2 days... supposed to be Mon - Thurs 1/2 day. They were incredible, seriously.... I believe they deserve a raise, bonus recognition... Jason Shreves preform plumbing preventative maintenance inspection at my house in Marana az. He flushed my water heater and went through my whole pluming system to make sure I won’t have any future issues. He performed a 5 star service and I would recommend Goodfellas company for all your plumbing and hvac needs. “Marty did a great job recommending a reasonably priced HVAC unit even though I was a little hesitant on the brand he wanted to sell me. His low pressure sell and his superior knowledge of the unit itself reassured me that I was making the right decision and when he backed it up with a warranty that far exceeds industry standards, I was sold. But that was just the beginning, once Alfredo and Chris came to install the unit the experience got even better. Their knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism assured me that I again had made the right decision. It’s been a week now and the unit runs great, the variable speed fan inside the house is whisper quiet and keeps my house at the perfect temperature. “My whole system was backed up and our family plumber could not find the source of the blockage. So he recommended calling out a different plumbing company for a 2nd opinion and recommended Goodfellas. Francesco and Supervisor Kyle came out and were very professional, very polite, and recommended their high PSI air -truck to come out. And clean out the issue (which did work). He also recommended several services that I am definitely going to be investing in in the future (replacing my single clean out with a double clean out, a service that cleans out the existing cast iron drain pipes in the house and applies a solution to them to restore/ reinforce all the cast iron pipes, and a "pipe-inside-a-pipe" liner). Overall a 5 out of five for their efficiency and politeness.”
