Hydro Rooter & Plumbing

Hydro Rooter & Plumbing works out of Tucson, TX as a locally owned plumbing outfit that stays licensed and insured. They handle emergency calls around the clock and focus on the full range of residential plumbing needs that come up in a place with hot summers and occasional heavy rains. Homeowners around here deal with everything from sudden pipe bursts to slow drains that turn into bigger headaches, and this crew shows up ready to sort it out without making things complicated. Their setup keeps them ready for the kinds of calls that hit at all hours in this part of Texas.

Plumbers like these handle drain cleaning by running cables or using hydro jetting to blast out buildup from grease, roots, and mineral scale that collects fast in local water. They do sewer repair and camera inspections to find breaks or blockages before they flood a yard, plus trenchless options like CIPP epoxy coating to fix lines without tearing up concrete. Water heater work covers both tank and tankless units, along with sump pumps and garbage disposals that fail during storms. In Tucson, TX the heat and hard water wear out fixtures quicker than in cooler spots, so these jobs come up often when lines clog or heaters stop keeping up with demand. Crews move from one house to the next fixing leaks and restoring flow without long delays.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done right the first time and the crew explains options in plain terms instead of pushing extras. Speed matters on emergency runs where a backed-up sewer needs clearing before it causes damage, and the quality shows in how the fixes hold up through the seasons. Price stays straightforward with no hidden markups, and communication stays direct so homeowners know what to expect before any digging starts. That track record adds up over hundreds of jobs. “HRP did a super job of replacing the sewer line, lining in other places and obtaining all permits required. The crew are friendly and everyone kept me in the loop on all developments. It was a big job and I’m glad I used HRP for this. Jake helped to keep costs in check when he could. Yvette in the office was super helpful as well. I would use HRP for big and small jobs because they can handle it all.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about this business. They went above and beyond to work with me, highly professional and efficient. They also did a beautiful job with cleanup after the job was done. I was blown away. They kept me apprised at every turn- videos, explanations, answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel like I didn’t know what was going on. Jake himself answers the phone every time you call or text. What could have turned into a disaster, they turned into a perfect fix. As a single woman living alone, having confidence that you’re being well taken care of is without parallel. So, ladies, if you need this kind of work done, call Hydro Rooter! Special shout out to Chris, Billy, Martin and Jake. The dogs miss you already. Martin, I think Noodle want to date you! 😂”

“Jake replaced my mother in law’s failing water heater on 1 day’s notice, great price and great service. A few days later, Martin did a toilet pull and reset, resolving the issue we were having with that toilet. Both services were the most competitive quote we got, and were done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Hydro Rooter & Plumbing!”

“Jake & his crew are amazing & I recommend them for ALL of your plumbing needs! Hands down, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had working with a contractor!!! We needed several plumbing issues fixed, including having a shower, torn out and replaced. After being disappointed by another plumber who couldn’t do the work, I was referred to Hydro Rooter & Plumbing by a friend who worked with them last year & was VERY HAPPY with their work. I called Jake on a Friday. He there within hours, went directly to the hardware store afterwards and found us a new shower. We signed the contract on a Saturday and his crew began working The following Monday. After four days, we had a new shower at all our plumbing problems fixed! They even fixed a couple plumbing issues that we’ve dealt with f”

“Exceptional service and professionalism with a smile! This team responds to your call immediately and gets you scheduled ASAP, I mean next day at the latest. Owner Jake answers the phone 24/7 and will provide you with a date and plan of action on the spot, very easy to work and communicate with. His team gets to work without hesitation and is very personable. I purchased a new gas oven from Lowe's and requested installation thinking it would be simple as directing a pipe back to the stove. The Lowe's installer said I needed a line added with a valve. Installer provided me with a contact to Jake that got me fast and fair service. I immediately called Hydro-Rooter, sent some pictures and described the situation, and Jake asked if "tomorrow was okay" as if I expected him to show up immedia”

“amazing company. helped me with some plumbing work (i dont know, i’m not a plumber) and it was amazing. from the first phone call to the interaction with the techs, it was phenomenal service. helped me with a clogged drain in Vail, AZ and it was so seamless i felt like i didnt actually have a problem. highly recommend for anyone looking for any plumbing service from Marana to South Tucson and everywhere in between”

“Hydro Rooter did an awesome job! Jake couldn’t have sent a better team to address my sewer issues. He provided me with expert advice on how to approach my plugged drain issues. After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open! It’s a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. These guys clearly enjoy their work and take pleasure ensuring their customers are happy. I would recommend Hy”

“Wow, amazing. I spoke to Jake yesterday and today he had Martin out at our rental property. Martin explained everything he needed to do in detail and also sent pictures of the drywall that he cut, and the sludge that was clogging up my pipes. I will have Martin on speed dial. He was very professional, detailed-oriented and thorough.”

“We had a big emergency ‼️. Jake from Hydro Rooter and Plumbing came out very quickly and assessed the problem. It was a big job. There was blockage under our driveway. Part of the pipe actually disconnected from the other pipe. We agreed on a price and Jake and Clifford immediately got to work. They called the appropriate people to make sure it was okay to dig in the problem area. The next day, Jake and Clifford got to work to resolve our issue. Kyle came and ran the backhoe to dig 10’ down to where the problem was. The 3 of them were very professional, on time and worked very hard to get our household up and running again. They had everything done in less than 24 hours! I would recommend this company. They are professional, fair, knowledgeable and so nice to work with. We fel”
