“On May 15th we had a technician by the name of Quentin come by and had him do a water heater tank flush and replace the anode rod. He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable of the process. He was super patient and considerate of our situation and also educated me on doing a flush at least once a year. Something I didn't know that should be done.
