Picture Rocks Cooling Heating & Plumbing LLC

Picture Rocks Cooling Heating & Plumbing LLC works out of Tucson as a straight plumbing crew that takes on residential and light commercial jobs across the area. They handle service calls in Tucson itself plus Marana, Oro Valley, and nearby spots where homes deal with constant water use and aging lines. The outfit focuses on practical fixes rather than upsells, sending technicians who arrive with the right parts and tools to get water flowing again or stop leaks before they cause bigger damage inside walls or under slabs.

Tucson summers push water heaters and supply lines hard while monsoon rains flood yards and test drainage around foundations, so plumbers here stay busy replacing corroded pipes, clearing roots that crack sewer mains in the hard ground, and installing new fixtures that hold up to mineral-heavy water. Crews often work on slab leaks that develop from soil shifting under extreme temperature swings, and they handle whole-house repipes when older copper starts failing after decades of heat exposure. Homeowners call when toilets back up from heavy use or when low water pressure points to clogged aerators and failing valves that need swapping out during the dry months when demand stays high.

The volume of reviews shows customers value crews that show up on time, explain the actual problem without padding the bill, and leave the site clean once the repair holds. Speed on emergency calls and consistent quality on routine maintenance keep repeat business strong even when prices sit in the middle of what other local outfits charge. That steady performance across hundreds of jobs adds up to a solid record. DIRT Score 4.84 from 713 reviews on Finds.

“What a pleasant experience! Every employee we came across while dealing with our HVAC systems being replaced have been very knowledgeable and nice. They would stop and explain things as they went along, always cordial. This is a local family owned company that is deserving of your business as they seem to truly care about their work and your experience. We highly recommend this company and have already referred them.”

“Picture Rocks performed a pre-purchase HVAC inspection for a home we were buying. They found significant corrosion in the gas heating element, disabled it, and recommended replacement before using it again. We bought the home anyway and had Picture Rocks install a replacement HVAC system. Luke was very communicative during the bidding and scheduling process. The installation was right on time and on budget. They also returned the day after the install for a quality-control and operability check. We were very pleased with all the steps of the interaction.”

“I really loved how professional picture rocks was from beginning to end. When Luke walked through the door he was friendly and very knowledgeable and was very helpful to help me decide what was best for my home. The gentleman who worked on the AC unit were quick and efficient and we're done in a day. We were up and running that's very same day. What I also appreciated was that they brought some mini ACS before they did the work so that we could stay cool while we waited for them to install the new AC unit. That was extremely helpful especially since we were dealing with the hottest week this year. I also appreciated how they had Morgan come in and make sure everything was working well a week later. I felt really comfortable with having them in my home which is very important considering I”

“The gentleman came and inspected the water system. He tested the water, water pressure, tested water for hardness, drained the hot water heater and several other tests. He was very helpful, respectful and was very professional at his job. I will recommend family and friends to Picture Rocks Heating And Cooling! GREAT JOB!!!!”

“Upfront and informative. Chris is professional and answered all questions that I asked. The quote was the quote, to have the right hot water tank installed. I had two other plumbers out to get quotes. One didn't know residential hot water tanks are not to be in manufacturered homes. I showed him that a residential tank is against code, can void my home owners insurance. He didn't have knowledge. His quote was higher, but he offered to meet the quote I had. Which means I would have paid higher if I had not received quotes from others. Another plumber gave me an even higher quote, then tried to get me to sign a contract, but came down in the price after learning that I had other quotes. Picture Rock Plumbing was honest in their pricing, professional and very knowledgeable in up to dat”

“Picture perfect visit. Chris texted a day prior giving a time he was coming. He texted when on his way. He arrived when he said he would. He went right to work on checking the AC unit. No problem was found and he did mention available upgrades. I said I was having problems with the thermostat wi fi. He immediately had suggestions. He walked me through registering the thermostat and reconnecting it to my phone. I am now able to work my thermostat from my phone. Wow the 21st century thanks to Chris. Again he was on time, very personable and helpful.”

“HUGE SHOUT OUT to Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating they came out after my old unit gave out. They were very informative, explaining everything and why I needed a secondary return with the new unit, when other companies didn’t even bother looking. They even taught me things in the process. It felt just like hanging out with some old friends and having good conversations. They’ll definitely be my first call on my other unit when it goes. Thanks guys!”
