Plumber Kings

Plumber Kings runs a straight plumbing operation based in Tucson, Arizona. They focus on residential and commercial work across the city and keep teams available day and night for the calls that cannot wait. The outfit handles drain cleaning, water heater replacement, leak repairs, gas line work, water line fixes, toilet service, and water filtration systems. Tucson heat and hard water wear out pipes and fixtures faster than in milder climates, so the crews stay busy with both quick patches and full replacements that keep homes and businesses running without constant callbacks.

Technicians roll out for drain cleaning jobs that clear kitchen and bathroom lines clogged by grease or roots, install new drains in older homes where original pipes have failed, and swap out water heaters that no longer keep up with demand. They track down hidden leaks in walls and slabs before they turn into bigger floor damage, run gas lines for new appliances, and set up filtration units to cut down on mineral scale that builds fast in local water. Commercial accounts get the same attention on larger systems, and emergency crews answer at all hours when a main breaks or a sewer backs up after a monsoon. This approach matches what Tucson homeowners face when desert conditions and sudden storms hit aging infrastructure.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds up after the truck leaves, and comes at prices that do not include surprise add-ons. Communication stays direct with clear explanations of what needs fixing and what can wait, while speed on emergency runs prevents small problems from turning into flooded rooms. The steady record on quality and reliability builds the kind of repeat business that adds up over hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.67 from 345 reviews on Finds.

“Jason is the best forensic Plumber I've ever worked with. He diagnosed the source of wet walls in utility closet speedily and remedied the solution handily. He also gave me tips on minimizing the extent of the damage and how to replace the drywall myself. He made the problem a learning opportunity. As an Architect in an engineering dept., I appreciated him sharing his expeertise and insights.”

“Came home to my washer and dishwasher drain backing up and creating a total mess. Called these guys and I was absolutely impressed by the detail and quality of work. Total professionals. Money is tight right now and these guys understood that and still upheld their quality and standards and gave me a more than fair price. Boss man even came to verify the work done and gave me a quote on a few other things that need to be fixed which I appreciate. I recommend these guys very much and will continue to do business with them.”

“Excellent customer service and worked around my appointment scheduling due to late part arrival. They really worked around my schedule. Job done with great attention to detail and cleanup. He had to use several different tools with my difficult sink faucet replacement but finished the job much quicker than my expectations. Very professional staff and pleasant to speak with each of them. Highly recommended.”

“Initial response to a near emergency was quick and greatly appreciated. Temporary repairs were made on a Friday late afternoon into the evening. William returned on Saturday for a more detailed and much-needed restoration estimate. The first two days of the project didn’t seem to yield a lot of progress. The third day seemed more intense and focused; it was a long day for the crew! The fourth day they finished up the project. Not sure if crawl space piping under the house should be suspended. Skirting reinstalled properly. Inside all looks and works well.”

“Thank you, but please don't email me again. I can't believe I was considering replacing my entire system based on your recommendations. I hoped I could trust your company, but I was mistaken. I was in need of a whole new system or $4,000 worth of parts—or so it seemed—to persuade me to opt for a replacement unit. However, I contacted my warranty company, and a team came out. In just 40 minutes, my system was repaired and is now running perfectly. For your information, the quote I received from you was for my smaller unit—which, while old, is working fine. The issue was actually with my larger unit. It's shocking that I was given a quote for the wrong system. Yikes.”

“I have used Plumber Kings when they first opened up in 2022. They were very friendly, helpful and warranted their work. Chris and Jacob were both their assisting and completing that job. So when I called they were right on it and got me in the next day. Jacob came out and got the ball rolling, diagnosing the problem and whether I could get insurance coverage. Robert came over to diagnose and they scheduled the repair for the next day. The following to complete other issues Jacob came out and covered everything I needed repaired. I really appreciated everything that they did. Jacob was spot on everything. I will definitely call them again. Nona Hansen”

“Best in town! Affordable honest and fast! We’ve dealt with other plumbing companies in Tucson and they outrank everyone all the way around. You will not be disappointed!”

“I had Rooter King Plumbing assigned to fix my toilet not flushing through AHS. The first time seemed like it was good, but after some use the issue started again, so the had to come back out and went above and beyond to make sure he got down to the bottom of the issue. I can’t thank them enough and would 100% recommend them for your plumbing needs!”

“3/10/26. Had a kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain, and I tried to my abilities but nothing. Called Plumber Kings yesterday after 5 and got scheduled for today. Jason came out and found 2 pretty seriously clogged areas. He cleaned them out as well as the bottom of the dishwasher and its hoses. He was extremely professional and friendly. Great job! Do not hesitate to call them if you need great service. Thanks again Jason!!! We had a pin hole leak coming from the foundation area in the back of the house. They came out and said that it would be best to dig up under the foundation, attach new piping and run it along the outside of the house. OT came and did exactly that. It not only looks great, he meticulously shoveled all of the gravel back over where he had to dig for access. Truly professi”

“1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company. 2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair. I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company.”
