“Everyone there has been amazing! Goerge the electrician did a great job and super friendly. Zack the plumber has been very thorough in everything. David with HVAC has been wonderful as well. We've had to have a lot of work done on our place, just moved in, but it is worth it.”

“Johnny was great - punctual and polite. Four stars only because the order he received was incorrect. Fortunately, I remembered the conversation with last technician but had to call to rectify, and Johnny switched gears to do the correct work. I also had to call the company several times to have dispatch call me to arrange the appointment. Everyone is always very courteous, but they could be a bit more efficient in communication and responsiveness. That aside, the people are very nice, and their work is good, so I would recommend them overall.”

“We had a great experience today with Brian. He replaced our very old, very hard to get to, water heater. He worked hard for many hours without even sitting down to rest! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We enjoyed having him in our home. If we ever need plumbing work done again, we will definitely request Brian to do the work. “Fantastic experience with Pride. Our AC started going out over the weekend. First thing monday morning Pride was able to get Ricardo out to our place and assess the situation. Unfortunately, it was worst case and we really needed to replace the entire unit. Ricardo walked me through all the options and was extremely helpful. He was even able to schedule the install for the next day so we didn't have to be without AC for very long at all. Joel and Perrin were able to get us fully operational in a day and were bith friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier we chose Pride for our AC issues.”

“Before the original owner sold the biz, I had Pride install 2 home furnaces and 2 AC units. The work was excellent and the price was decent. Then something happened, the new biz came by to do inspections. Several issues were found, and estimates were given on the spot. The estimates were very very high. They seemed much too high for what was to be done. I thought I was looking at rip-off pricing. I had some of the work done by Oracle Plumbing that has been around for many years and has an excellent reputation for quality work and decent prices. What I had done was priced at 60% of Pride's estimate. So, draw your own conclusions.”

“Seasonal Air Conditioner Service. Kash was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. A part was showing wear on an 8 year old system which Pride Mechanical had installed. He suggested the part be replaced before it totally failed. Sounded reasonable to me. It was replaced and he gave me the old part. Since the replacement was under $400 there was no need to spend any time researching a cheaper fix. I am very satisfied with the service Pride Mechanical provides.”

“Excellent professional installation of an AC part that involved multiple steps. Replacement of TXV. Technician Luis Limon did a professional installation, and my AC system is working much better now. Technician David Brown (a couple of days before) at a previous appointment identified the need to replace it and ordered it. Pride Mechanical reached out right away to arrange the installation appointment. Luis removed the old TVX and installed the new one following all correct procedures.”
