“Found water main leak and called the company. Arrived within an hour or so on a Saturday which is amazing!! Carlos showed up, diagnosed the problem and gave a quote which included putting things up to code. After leaving to get the parts required, he returned and promptly made the repairs. He explained everything he was doing and put things back as they were. I highly recommend this company and Carlos is amazing!! Thanks!!”

“After a few weeks I like to say my issue is finally resolved. Although quite untimely, I would like to give the technicians the service rating they deserve. After a 25k home over haul, I gave you and your technicians a 5 star rating. Now that everything is complete we have been ghosted. I've made 4 requests and All I want is for my room to be cleaned so I can move back in. 2 messages left No response. Still waiting to get back into my room. This is not good service.”

“Do not use this company. I called rooter ranger out because my washer was backing into my shower. He came out. It turns out the pipe did in fact collapse underneath my flooring. This is true. He started the repair. We submitted everything to the insurance company but he did not complete the repair. Instead he said the problem was not resolved even though he did not repair underneath my shower which is where it was backing up. He promised me that everything would be submitted to the insurance company. The bill that was submitted into the insurance company for the second repair was not properly itemized. Instead, it was exactly the same as the first one and my insurance denied it because of duplicate billing. When reaching out they're stating that they have set rates. No one from rooter rang”

“Quick and efficient! My only issue was when I spoke to someone on the phone, I explained exactly what was going on and it was confirmed that I should not be charged over the $33. Anything more would be confirmed before they continue and charge more. I understand the people at the office may not know as much as the techs. But when the Tech got going, he explained that price is for kitchen sinks trap clean outs that are “easy” and not the main drain like I had tried to ensure before they came. Only thing is that everything was open and easy to access, he didn’t even step a foot in the house. He claimed he didn’t know which way to go at first and went both directions for clean out, which didn’t make sense as it’s one entry point between my house and street, it was obviously blocked towards th”
