Silverado Rooter & Plumbing

Silverado Rooter & Plumbing works as a plumber based in Tucson, TX. This locally owned company stays ready around the clock to handle the steady flow of calls that come in from homeowners dealing with busted lines and backed up drains. They cover both the main city and spots like Green Valley with crews that carry proper licensing, bonding, and insurance on every truck. The focus stays on getting water systems back in order fast while keeping costs in line with what regular folks can handle. Their setup includes direct dispatch lines that route jobs without extra layers, so the same team that answers the phone often shows up on site.

In Tucson, TX the heat and hard ground put extra strain on older pipes and sewer lines, so these plumbers spend plenty of time on drain cleaning jobs and emergency repairs that pop up at all hours. They handle full remodel work when kitchens or baths need new fixtures and rerouted lines, bringing equipment sized for tight crawl spaces and slab leaks common in local houses. Crews arrive with rooter machines for stubborn clogs and parts to swap out water heaters or fix leaking valves before water damage spreads. Homeowners in the area count on them to test pressure after each fix and leave the work area clean rather than tracking mud through the house.

Folks in Tucson keep calling back because the crews move quick on after hours calls, finish jobs without cutting corners on materials, and quote prices that match the actual work instead of padding the bill. Communication stays straightforward with updates on what broke and how long the fix will take, which builds trust over repeat visits. That steady record of reliable service and fair dealing adds up across more than a thousand jobs. DIRT Score 4.62 from 1029 reviews on Finds.

“Amazing customer service!!! Tom was extremely experienced and professional. He was finally able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue after several failed attempts by others. We appreciate his attention to detail, professionalism and service. We will always use Silverado as our plumber! Thank you!”

“We had a great experience with Silverado Plumbing. They offered to have a plumber come out the same day and kept in communication with us about the plumbers arrival time. Tony was absolutely fantastic. He's professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the source of our leak and resolved it immediately. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the cause of the leak and how he fixed it. Tony also noticed that the weight of our faucet wasn't installed correctly and went above and beyond by fixing that for us also. Highly recommend Silverado Plumbing and would definitely call them again next time we need a plumber.”

“Silverado Plumbing was superb. We had an issue with our bathroom sink and our landlord sent Silverado plumbing. plumber Tony Hall was exceptional. He called when he was about 30 minutes away for a heads up, was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he was working which I am very appreciative of. He had the clogged sink fixed in no time and gave us info if this were to happen again on ways to make it easier. Would recommend!!”

“My bathtub faucet had a leak and Manny was such a good plumber to me. He explained everything really well to me so that I could understand what he was doing. I would 100% have him back to fix a plumbing problem. He is reliable and I am happy with the solution!”

“Makayla, Mikey and Chauncey are the best! We had clean outs installed and they did such an amazing job and left everything clean. Makayla, discussed a few options as we can’t afford to do liner just yet but made me feel better about pipes. It’s customer service at its finest. Silverado once we are ready for liner we will be contacting you all to do the work. Just send out Makayla and team. Thank you!”

“I did not have any work done by this company. The review is only due to how much they were charging me for the repair. I had a water leak in my house and they were called for an estimate. I called both Silverado and done rite to get estimates. Silverado charges a $133.95 for an inspection fee. And they quoted me $1992.40 to reroute the plumbing. Done rite was able to replace the existing plumbing for $750.75. I can’t speak about the workmanship of Silverado but they are charging almost triple for work that can be done much cheaper. Neither of these companies will replace the drywall after they cut out the hole either. So the prices are reflective of only the plumbing work.”

“Mike was greatest plummer I’ve had so far been in Tucson. You knew what he was doing was accurate and did not rip me off was very honest. I will definitely use him again and his services. Thank you, Mike.”

“Silverado Rooter and Plumbing was terrific! First of all, they sent someone out the same day we called. The plumber they sent, Tom, was a real pro! He identified the source of the leak and got it repaired right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed like an all around nice guy. The price charged was very reasonable. In fact, I went ahead and asked for him to quote another job for me that I’ve been putting off. Thanks again, Tom!”

“Super bad experience. I had a bathroom sink that wouldnt drain. I ran a snake thru the vent in my roof as well as thru the stub in the wall for that particular sink. It was still blocked. I called Silverado and left a message with my elderly mom for the plumber describing what I had done already. Well the plumbers proceeded to do the same things I had previously in an attempt to unblock the drain. After 2 techs and hours wasted they told me that I needed to get a quote from the office on how much it was going to be to open the wall. I was furious. I paid 500 bucks to have 2 different plumbers to do the exact same things I had done. Such a waste of money!! Totally disassified and should be offered a refund!! UPDATE... So after my review I got a response from the owner as can be seen. I rec”
