“Rub a dub lined some drain lines at my apartment complex. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Every step of the process was explained and I appreciate that. Micheal and Troy did a great job and were very professional.”

“My experience across the board was A+! customer service was excellent from when I called and talk to the after hours people(same lady I talked to every time I called but can’t remember her name) all the way until Michael left. Michael was very professional and nice. He explained everything and was upfront with cost. There were no surprises and he did an excellent job fixing our issue.”

“We had a gas leak found by our gas provider. Rub-A-Dub was at my home within an hour of me calling to request a plumber to perform repairs. They performed their own assessment of the leak, inspected both the exterior and interior lines, and were back first thing the next morning to begin work. They repaired the primary exterior leak and found 2 additional smaller interior leaks, which they repaired at no extra charge. We were provided with multiple quotes (price ranged depending on the warranty) upfront so pricing was clear and transparent. Michael was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. I am nearly 38 weeks pregnant and couldn't have asked for a better team to address such an important issue! My interactions with the admin staff via phone were also a breeze.”

“Rub a dub was sent to an elderly woman's house to install a simple part on a water heater covered under warranty. Problem was pre-diagnosed and part was already there. All Run a dub was to do was install the part. Your contractor tried convincing her to install said part would take hours and would cost over $700. $200 over what her warranty covered. Thankfully she had the sense to call me when your contractor was still there. End result: C. Woods came. Installed part in 45 minutes and she didn't have to come out of pocket. I have removed Rub a dub from my referral list and apparently the warranty company removed you from their list as well. Shame on you. In answer to your answer: Bull! You were hired by a 3rd party. The homeowner called you. Her warranty was going to either pay you or pay her back. Regardless, y'all didn't diagnose crap. Y'all didn't do anything but tell her it would be 700 bucks. You do warranty work, just maybe not know you are. Lol Either way you have been removed from both referral lists! You cannot justify what happened. Have the day you deserve.”

“Mike and Conner were the consummate professionals onsite, they let me look at the camera as they went down the pipes and answered every question I had! This is my second experience with them - the first was for repiping an entire line and this time was for a toilet upgrade. After dealing with other plumbers, I called Rub-a- Dub back and specifically wanted them to do my upgraded toilet. They have better service, better response times, and overall a stellar customer experience! I will keep them as my “go-to” having such a great experience with them!
