About

Artesian Plumbing works as a local plumbing crew based in Chandler, Texas. They handle everyday residential plumbing needs for homes in the area, where shifting weather and newer construction often lead to pipe problems and leaks that need real fixes rather than quick patches. Homeowners around Chandler deal with bursts from cold snaps and ongoing issues in houses under a year old, and this outfit steps in when the original builders fall short on getting things right the first time. They stick to straightforward service calls without dragging out jobs or pushing extra parts that do not solve the root cause.

Artesian shows up for jobs like replacing electric water heaters, sorting out sink parts that were mishandled before, stopping repeated leaks in fresh builds, and repairing burst pipes that hit without warning. One homeowner saw them fix a pipe issue the same day it broke and finish the whole repair in under an hour, keeping costs lower than expected. Another called them after multiple failed attempts on a new home leak and found the problem stayed fixed once they left. They focus on bringing the right parts on the first visit and getting the job done without follow-up trips or excuses about ordering delays.

Customers keep coming back because the crew moves fast on emergency calls and delivers solid repairs that hold up, especially on speed and quality for burst pipes and stubborn leaks that other outfits miss. Reviews note clear communication on what needs doing and fair pricing that avoids the high quotes seen elsewhere for basic heater swaps. Even with a couple of mixed experiences on parts and timing, the consistent feedback highlights reliable work that solves issues permanently in Chandler homes. What Customers Say

I asked if $3,100 was the standard price for replacing an electric water heater on a local Facebook Group for Tyler. The overwhelming response and numerous private messages indicated that the price was exorbitant. This quote was from a company I had previously done business with over the past three years. Concurrently, I had arranged for quotes from two other local companies. Interestingly, both contacted me after seeing my post, stating their quotes would align with the $3,100 figure, with one even proposing an $89 fee just for providing the quote. (For privacy, I won't disclose their names, but all were licensed.) Ultimately, I chose Artesian for the replacement, costing $1,750. They weren't the cheapest, but their quote was consistent with others who reached out to me. I selected them for their professionalism and licensed status. The team was very professional, clearly explaining the process before swiftly completing the job. For my home, I strictly opt for licensed contractors. It's crucial to note that using an unlicensed contractor can lead to insurance claims being denied by your homeowner's insurance if issues arise from their work. Pics show old water heater, then removal and install of new one and they stayed for 10-15 minutes after to make sure no issues!

Lied about ordering product for my sink, when I paid him almost $200 dollars. When he returned about 3 months later I believe he had my part in his hand as a new one and ( it didn't fit) when I ask for a box or receipt, it was said it came from Amazon and had no receipt ( or box ) ? Charged me $175 and left . I was told after the fact they charge. $ 175 for 5 min and up! No paperwork showing what the cost would be to come out a look at the sink. There only minutes and left saying Id hear from him. Never did. I work in law and they had very negitive feelings about this company !

I have had several plumbing issues in a newly built home (less than a year old) and each time I call the original plumbers out for service, they work a few minutes and then tell me the leak has been corrected, only to discover the same problem a short time later. I finally decided I was no longer going to call them back out, and instead called Artesian Plumbing due to the great reviews from neighbors in my community. They were very professional and super friendly, and explained exactly what the problem was. They repaired, in just a few minutes, what the original plumbers couldn’t seem to be able to do over the course of an entire year. When in need of plumbing services again, I will definitely call them back out, and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

I had a pipe bust today and when I say I was worried about how much that was going to cost me it’s an understatement. I was so scared I was about to spend an arm and a leg to fix a little pipe. Much to my surprise I called and Artesian plumbing came out super fast and had the pipe fixed in less than an hour and it barely cost me anything especially compared to another quote I received. 10/10

Artesian Plumbing is the only one I will call from now on, and here's why. One afternoon, I walked into my washroom and found it flooded. In the process of thinking the washer was the culprit, we discovered a drain under the flooring that was backing up when the washer ran. Surprise! I never even knew there was a drain. I had several plumbers (four) come out with my AHS and Home Serve insurances and none seemed to listen or took the time to actually find the problem, but they were all quick to say, "We don't cover it" for one reason or another. Three weeks later, I still did not have a solution, so we called Artesian Plumbing, a local and family owned business in Chandler, Texas. The plumber was quick to come out to the house and find the drainage problem that four others could not. He explained the problem clearly and proceeded to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I found the plumbers to be knowledgeable, helpful, affordable, and friendly. I will not waste my time calling any other plumber. Artesian is the one to call if you want it done and done right. I can't believe I am actually looking forward to doing laundry again! Thank you, Artesian Plumbing!
