“Can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Both times that we have had a plumber out has been an incredibly stressful situation and both times were incredibly reasonably priced and our minds were put at ease. The team at Super Plumbers is incredibly professional and efficient and mindful of budgets. Anytime anyone is in need of a plumber we will be recommending them.”

“I’ve never had to use my home warranty, but the day came when a FUNKY GUNKY smell started to take over half of our house coming from the guest bathroom. Our warranty called these guys and they made the entire process so smooth and easy. They investigated, let our insurance know, and then our insurance came back with what we would owe. The guy who did the inspection was super nice and did not complain one bit that he couldn’t even fit his shoulders through our crawlspace. lol. Adam came out and did the repairs. He showed me the repairs he did and damn it looked good! He was also nice to talk with and paid no mind to the chaos of my household in the background. If we have anymore issues in the future, we will be calling Super Plumbers. If you want a bottom line, no bullshit experience, give these guys a call. You won’t regret it!”

“Matthew Good just left our house and did a fabulous job since my husband is not a plumber, I’m sure we will be calling and using their services again. He saved us a couple of hundred dollars when he did not have to. And I absolutely appreciate that. I would recommend using their services to everyone. We even got her service the same day. “Super plumbers is truly a bottom-of-the-barrel plumbing company. If your home warranty sends you to them, PLEASE use someone else. They came out to do a repair, said it was complete, and I paid them. Turns out, it was definitely not fixed, in fact they made it 10x worse, having broken a pipe during their "repair." Instead of honoring their written warranty they were going to charge me almost 700 extra to fix damage they had caused to my plumbing. Another company fixed the pipe super plumbers broke, and for much less money than super plumbers was going to charge me to fix their own mistake. When I calmly contacted "management," they cursed me out and actually threatened me. It was like the dude was roid raging, I was flabbergasted. They are not registered with the BBB, there's a reason for that. Filter through the MANY one star reviews to see how they really treat their customers. *Edit to add after owner response: this incident was from about 2 years ago, if you're new management, feel free to post an email address I'd be glad to discuss. If you're the same management as 2 years ago, don't worry about it”

“Adam came corrected the issue explained in detail. Advised what needed to be done before he could replace the hot water heater. Move his schedule around to insure I had hot water as fast as possible. Which was the very next day. I am one HAPPY customer.”
