“Carter was knowledgeable & honest concerning the high water pressure problem measuring 120psi. He installed a PRV(pressure release value) undergound to regulate the new water meter that Tyler water utilities put in last fall 2025. The PRV immediately fixed the high pressure that overworked our water heater/other appliances back to 70psi. The water heater was a tight fight that required backup employees. Thankyou and am switching all my plumbing needs to Bynum Plumbing. A++”
