Full Moon Plumbing

Full Moon Plumbing works as plumbers right in Tyler, Texas. The crew tackles everyday plumbing headaches that homeowners face in this part of East Texas, from underground leaks to clogged lines that back up at the worst times. Technicians like John and Chris show up ready to diagnose issues that might sit five feet under a slab or in sewer lines serving both houses and shops. They stick to repairs that keep costs down instead of suggesting complete overhauls that bigger outfits push. In Tyler the clay soil shifts with rain and drought, cracking pipes over time, and these plumbers focus on locating the exact trouble spot without unnecessary demolition.

They handle water leaks under slabs by locating and patching them for a fraction of the price other companies quote, like the job where a five-foot-deep leak got fixed without redoing the whole house system. John has unclogged sewer lines at businesses and then tightened up wobbly toilets so they sit solid again. Response times stay quick, with arrivals in hours or the next day after a call, and they confirm ahead to hit the schedule exactly. The same crew sticks with a problem for a full hour or more until the flow returns and the fixture works right, even on jobs customers tried to handle themselves with no luck. Service covers both home calls and commercial stops in the Tyler area.

Customers keep pointing to the solid work that lasts, fast arrivals when water starts pooling, prices that don't gouge, and clear talk about what needs doing. Scores hit high marks across the board for how the jobs turn out and how fair the bills run. They earn repeat calls because the fixes hold up and the crews don't waste time or money. “John and Chris with Full Moon Plumbing were great! I had a water leak about 5 feet under my slab. When every other company wanted to charge 16k to 20k to redo all the plumbing in my house, they were able to fix it for hardly anything! The big companies just wanted to go the easy way and make money at the home owners expense. They both were very professional and even fixed two leaky outside faucets and didn’t charge a thing! I would definitely recommend them over the “big name” companies. Lets keep small businesses in business!!!!!”

“John is incredible! Honestly one of the most honest and best plumbers in tyler, I’ve used him for our home plumbing issues along with today at my business when my sewer line clogged, on top of unclogging the line we were able to repair our toilet so it no longer wobbled. Is pricing is more than reasonable for his many years of experience! Along with unmatched quality and customer service.”

“I can’t say how thankful I am today for John with Full Moon Plumbing. I ask for recommendations on All Things Tyler and had several responses for Full Moon Plumbing. My water leak started the night before and was potentially looking at a leak in the slab which is $$$$$. John came out within a few hours and diagnosed the issue as a leak elsewhere in the pipe saving thousands!! John was honest, polite, efficient and I would recommend this company a million times over.”

“John was able to make it out here within 1 business day. He called 30 minutes in advance to confirm the appt. and showed exactly on time. He worked for a full hour on the issue without stopping and fixed the problem, which I tried fixing myself numerous times. He showed up knowing exactly where to go to begin working. After an hour he and his son cleaned up and were gone. The price was very reasonable. He's a nice guy, friendly and professional. This guy is my new plumber now. 5 stars”

“John came out and repaired our toilet and, as luck would have it, also cleaned out our stopped up toilet line. He did a great job and was very efficient. Also has very reasonable rates for his work. Highly recommended for sure! Will be calling him back in the future.”
