“I purchased from this company and my initial experience was excellent. The sales process was smooth, communication was great, and I was genuinely impressed with the service at the beginning. Unfortunately, the after-sale support has been extremely disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. Routine service visits have been made without any prior notification, and on more than one occasion the technicians left my gates open when they were finished. As someone with both pets and concerns about stray animals, this is a serious safety issue that could easily result in an animal escaping or getting injured. Another major frustration is their advertised referral program. I have personally referred four people who all purchased from this company, yet I have never received the promised referral incentives. When I contacted the office, I was simply directed to fill out a form on their website. After doing so, I never received any follow-up or resolution. In my experience, if you’re calling to make a payment, the process is easy. However, if you need customer service, have a question, or need assistance after the sale, expect to be passed around and given the runaround. Based on my experience, the product and initial sales process may be good, but the lack of post-installation customer service and failure to honor referral incentives make it difficult for me to recommend this company. I would suggest looking at other options before making a decision.”
