“UPDATE Lance was back today and he must have been having a bad day last time. Today he was great. He was friendly and courteous, a total turn-around from his first visit. I feel so much better about J&J since Lance's visit today. Also, one of the bosses, Jeremi, drove 2 hours to make sure everything was done correctly. That's what I call service. Total turn around from the first visit. He was over an hour late and only called when he was on the way, he could've called with the delay instead of leaving us waiting for 5 hours. Then he took a phone call and talked for about 15 minutes. The entire time he was there he acted like we were bothering him when we asked questions and until I went and got our dogs he wasn't going to even spray in our bedroom or bathroom even though there have been mice in there. To be honest the whole experience makes me a little nervous about having signed up for a whole a year with J&J.”

“On 06/10/20 Mr.AJ Leach was dispatched out to Alpine Creek Apartments regarding a bed bug infestation. Mr.Leach looked around he first stated that he could tell the apartment had been bombed before, and he could tell we didn't bring them in cause our stuff was new. We hadn't been in the place for 72 hours. Then his story changed over night once he talked to the apartment. Mr. Leach then started saying there is no sign of a infestation. I've attached pictures and copy of the letters. On one of the letters it was written at the end of the day on the 6/15 after 6pm. If he performed a treatment that day why didn't he mention it in that email. He stated that 3 inspections was done not necessary to get rid of furniture no sign of infestation. I retrieve some of my things on 07/31/20 our stuff sat in that apartment close to 60 day, bed bugs were now all in our clothes and still coming out of the carpet . I'm also attaching photos when he came in on 06/10 and seen dead ones along the base boards. Due to his lies the apartment that is under the apt where I stayed is also infested. His lying played a huge part in my family losing everything.”
