They came out and immediately knew exactly how to handle it the right way. They professionally chipped out the concrete, installed a new pipe, used a high-quality flange with a solid metal ring, and properly bolted it down into the foundation with masonry anchors exactly like it’s supposed to be done. Not only did they do absolutely perfect, code-compliant work, but their pricing was incredibly honest and fair.
