“Very helpful, polite, professional, and on time. They even spoke on the phone with my home warranty so that I could get some reimbursement from them. I appreciated that so much since nobody around here really deals with home warranties. Also, huge shout out to the lady that answered the phone. She was so kind. Really every person at Mink Plumbing that I spoke to or entered my home was very kind and helpful. Great staff all around. “Around 5am I discovered a leak in one of the sinks in my main bedroom. I could not find the immediate cause for the water leak. I called Mink and the phone was immediately answered. An appointment was made for 2-4 in the afternoon but later received a call that they could arrive around 11am if that would work for my schedule. Luis and asst. arrived a bit before 11 and found the source of the problem. Fortunately, it was not a major problem. It was quickly fixed at a reasonable. It was a large relief. Because of the weather issues, I had imagined that it might be a serious issue. I am very grateful for the timely service. Luis installed a tankless hot water heater a couple of years ago, so I knew I had a skilled person dealing with my issue. The service provided exceeded my expectations.”
