“I highly recommend PrimeTime for any plumbing needs, whether it’s new construction or an existing home. They handled the plumbing for our new house, and we’ve had zero issues. They’ve also returned to help with a few additional items when needed. Their team is honest, upfront, and never tries to upsell services you don’t actually need. You always know what to expect before and during the work.”

“We had some deep root fertilizing done on our old oak trees and the main sprinkler line was punctured, and we didn’t find it until 8 pm. Lance picked up the phone, offered to come out that night, or to save us some money by putting us on the schedule first thing in the morning. He fixed it perfectly and got our water up and running back to the house. I initially left a 5-star review because of professionalism and Lance's warm and personal service, but after getting into the bill ($375), they use a flat rate that given the short work Lance made of the job, just seems very high, which was unexpected.”
