“I callled Riverside because my AC unit was not cooling below 73° - 75° then the night before the call it stopped cooling all together. All I can say is they were not interested in doing a full and honest job but a half finished scam. They replaced the capacitor for $460.00 but didnt bother to check anything else. Did not check the refrigerant levels at all just the capacitor plus trying to sell me on another $900 worth of work. After all that and my house a still wont cool past 73°. When I called them back to get help it was nothing but more sales pitches and wanting me to just spend more money. I am now having another company come out and finish the job Riverside didnt want to make right. Absolutely horrible services and I would HIGHLY recommend everyone try a different company before y”

He was very knowledgeable in the options available and provided recommendations matching the needs for our space. We contacted him again recently to relocate our ductwork to our attic.
