“Terrible customer service. I don’t know what’s going on. I used to be able to rely on these people I had called and scheduled a plumber to come out sometime after lunch. We never heard back from them, so my wife called around 3 PM. She was supposed to check the status of the plumber, and we never even got a phone call back. We wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them to show up. I understand that things happen, but a phone call would’ve been appreciated. I called again at 8:50 AM this morning to find out what happened, and the lady was rude and hung up on me.”

“If I could give this company negative stars I would. Called to have someone come test my gas line among some other plumbing work and was told someone would there between 3:30-4:00. Called at 4:15 to be told they were behind and that they would call to get an update from the plumber assigned to me. The women I spoke to said that the plumbers "don't leave until the job is done". Not only did nobody call me to update me, but they never showed up! I took off of work to meet with them and they didn't even have the decency to update me or even ask me to reschedule! Terrible communication! It's now the next day and NOBODY STILL has called. I have called twice to try and see what the deal was or what happened, and they can't even answer the phone. what a joke of a company. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEM if you don't want to have your time wasted!”

“The worst customer services I've ever experienced. Issue was never fixed and I had to show the plumber how to pull the fan from the tankless and I had to reinstall it because it was put in wrong. They also had to use my tools because they were unprepared. When I called to discuss the issue I was hung up on 5 times and told that I was just trying to get out of paying the bill. I was also told that I wasted 30 minutes of their life that they will never get back. This is just a short story of all the issues and what I was told. I don't wish bad on them but regardless of how long they've been in service they need some retraining from all aspects, office and field.”

“Very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I was in a bind with a busted pipe from the freeze and was very understanding that it would be several days before they would come out as I knew they were busy. They gave me a day they'd be out (3 days after I called) and I accepted it. The day came, no call, the next day came no call, etc. I would call and 85% of the time no one answered and when they did they assured me they'd be here. 6 days later I called (no answer of course) and left a message to please just cancel the request I'll find someone else more dependable and professional. I'd give a 1 star if it weren't for the circumstances of the freeze and how busy every plumber was in the area.”

“Great company great pricing!!! I was thrilled with their work and time frame! I have a rental property in Victoria. Came home to find major water leak. First time I used this Company. They came out immediately the day I was in town. Gave me estimate started that afternoon. They made a horrific experience into a pleasurable repair!! Thank you guys so much!!! My business and my family will only deal with Caraway in all future remodels and unfortunate plumbing! Bless”
