What Customers Say

6/11/2026 Visit Antonio was phenomenal! He conducted a thorough inspection of my system and concluded that it was the blower. I was relieved that it was able to be repaired and didn't require replacement. I loved his honesty and I appreciate that he took time to explain things and didn't mind me hanging around. He showed us our options had a very affordable recommendation. Unlike another company I phoned, he did not start off trying to replace my system. An EXTRA five stars for that. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you Antonio and Lochridge Priest! UPDATE 06/12/2026: Antonio came back out today with the part, got it in quickly and my house is already cool again! 5 more stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you again to Antonio for the great work and advising me on my system. Thank you Lochridge Priest for having such prompt and courteous service and technicians!

My friend in our neighborhood referred me to them and I'm so glad she did! Britt Dominguez came out and I really appreciate everything he did. He was extremely thorough and honest and professional. Was very good about communicating everything to me, and fixed our issue. Overall great experience and I highly recommend. I also appreciated how clean he was and used shoe coverings. Even the lady at the office who I initially called was super polite and professional. 10/10 recommend!

I have actually been looking to get my duct cleaning done for several years, after inquiring with several different companies and asking what services they provide as part of their duct cleaning, I went with Lockridge-Priest once again for all of my air conditioning needs. Their Duct Cleaning Service included the cleaning of all the Ducts from the exit vent in the room all the way to the air handler unit. Each room vent is pulled and thoroughly scrubbed and replaced after each duct has been cleaned. They also pull the air handler blower motor fan out to deep clean and the return register vents. It was a thorough job and I am very happy with my service. My two technicians Terry and Aaron were Stellar in their performance of the job. They were totally focused on their mission. Their use of walkie talkies to communicate with each other as they maneuvered the cleaning Roto-brush from the exit-vent in the room all the way to the air handler unit was very efficient. This ensured there was no damage to my air handler unit to include the emergency heating coils. The only thing I would recommend for anyone looking to get this service done is to cover all of your surrounding furniture items with a light sheet because the Roto-brush throws lint and built up debris around as they start their cleaning. They do provide a drop cloth to cover immediately under each vent area however a little extra preparation on the customers behalf would be very wise and beneficial. After the cleaning is done when they turn on your system it will blow anything loose out of your ductwork, meaning you will have a lot of loose stuff exiting your vents and your covered furniture will be spared the dirt and debris. I recommend this service to anyone that has been in their home more than 10 years because all the dirt dust and lint in your house gets constantly recycled and builds up over time. It is expensive however, from the health point of view, a thorough duct cleaning in your home is well worth the money spent. I look forward to breathing "clean" dust and lint free air starting today.

The service technician did an excellent job and none of my complaints are his fault. Do not hire Lochridge Priest unless you are very wealthy. I booked an appointment Sunday night and then followed up with a call Monday morning. I received an email saying they would be out Monday, but they never showed up. I called them back Monday evening and they rescheduled me for midday Tuesday. All I needed done was a valve replaced in my shower. I already had the wall cut out and I purchased the valve. I knew up front what it would cost, but by this point had been three days without water and was desperate. I also felt like when the tech looked at it, he thought it would take a long time. He was through in 90 minutes and replaced copper pipes with rubber hoses and pressure fittings. My bill was $1,136.00, that’s $733 an hour. I’m uploading a picture of what he did that cost that much. The price was beyond unbelievable. I am a retired educator and certainly wish my services had been valued at $733.00 an hour.

Rep was a liar and was not honest. This company tried to take 20k from us and it turned out to be a 4k job that they said dose not exist. Don’t trust these guys to do anything but drain your bank for something you probably don’t need or dose exist told us that we can’t get the system we had and our system was cooked and needed this and that and could not do it with anything. So yea terrible. 1 star for sure.
