“Shelton Plumbing has always been the most reliable, responsive, respectful company. From the phone call to schedule my appointment to the two plumbers that performed the repair. They were able to identify my leak quickly and make the repair the same day. I suspected the leak was under the house but it was actually in the wall, which leaked down into the floor. Shelton is the only plumbing company that I know that I can depend on. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I hired Shelton plumbing a year ago to install toilet and move plumbing inside the wall. During the process, they ruptured the shut-off valve, causing a serious water leak that damaged the surrounding walls and floor. I called the emergency Shelton plumber and home insurance came out and fixed it at that time I thought. Let’s fast forward to a year later. My toilet started leaking at the bottom on the flower. The Shelton plumbing forgot to install the nut to bolt the toilet to the floor, which caused it to shift, leak, and severely damage the subfloor over time. I’m now stuck with expensive repairs again thanks to their careless mistake. The total amount that they have cost me over $3,000. I talked to the president of the company his apology came off very disingenuous. He was trying to get off the phone very quickly. He never offered to claim the damages with their insurance to help me pay for the cost.”

“Had them come out for a business repair recently for a leaking water pipe. Professional diagnosis and they pinpointed the leak, only had to dig a minimal hole and got it fixed!! I won’t call any other company for all my plumbing repairs for business as well as my home. “I cannot express how grateful and impressed my husband and I are with Shelton plumbing. We have had a very expensive and long ordeal with our plumbing the last couple years. We have called plumber after plumber to only be given a bill of $800 or more and the problem never fixed. I called Shelton after hearing good things. A young man by the name of Cody came out. He climbed my very steep roof with a heavy camera in tow, which was beyond impressive itself. He came down and showed me an insulated cup that was stuck in the pipe. It all made sense that the problem and smells started the same time the roof was replaced. I guess a roofer dropped his cup down the pipe sitting it there🤷🏻‍♀️. Cody worked hard to bust the cup. Well, he was very disappointed afterwards for the plumbing was still not working right. He climbed back up and shot the camera down again and again until he found the real problem. A bellied pipe. Fast forward, we decided to go with a tunnel dug under our house and two very hard working and brave young men by the name of Jackson and Andrew came out and went down in the tunnel filled with mosquitoes and worked a half a day. They fixed it! I could not believe it! My plumbing works! Moral to the story: Cody cared enough to keep climbing on my roof to near exhaustion with sweat pouring off him, with no lunch break and refusing to let me get him something to eat to keep working until he found the problem.
