About

W3 Willis Plumbing Co Llc operates out of Tyler, TX as a crew of plumbers who started as coworkers and grew into friends over time. They focus on residential plumbing repairs and upgrades in the area, aiming to sort out problems in homes while building steady client ties one job at a time. Local homeowners turn to them for issues that pop up in older houses common around Tyler, where pipes and fixtures often need attention from straightforward crews that know the local codes and conditions. Their base near the Lindale side of things keeps them handy for quick calls in Tyler and nearby spots without extra layers of office staff slowing things down.

On the job they handle replacements like gas lines in homes where old setups fail, cutting out damaged sections and installing new runs while staying on task without extra chatter. Crew members such as Rick show up for estimates on sink vanity swaps in bathrooms, measuring old counters and answering questions before returning the next day to finish in under an hour. They also get called for tub leaks that require opening walls in closets to reach pipes, though some calls end with partial fixes that leave holes or ongoing drips. Other visits involve attempts to clear or repair broken lines that sometimes worsen the original issue before the crew heads out.

Homeowners note fast arrivals and solid knowledge on codes during gas line work along with upfront pricing on vanity installs, yet reviews also flag unfinished tub repairs that left leaks and cut walls behind plus cases where pipes broke and return costs jumped high. These mixed results on speed, quality, and communication across the jobs pull the overall rating down despite strong marks in a few quick fixes. DIRT Score 2.21 from 10 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

They came right out. They did a wonderful job. They replaced my gas lines. They didn't stand around talking, they were focused on the job. They were knowledgeable about current codes. They will be my first choice, actually my only choice. Ladies, they are not going to try to take advantage. Trust me, I have had the experience of being over charged and flat out been lied to. Thank you all guys!

They were good. Very good. Needed a sink vanity for bathroom to be replaced. Came one day and took estimates and were very upfront, friendly and answered all questions (especially Rick!). Came the next day and were done in almost less than an hour. Had to work with old bathroom counter and everything, but whole operation came out smooth and still very affordable. Would most definitely hire again for future work, and other people should, as well!

The tub needed to be fixed and they had to cut the wall in my closet but with me working at night and very tired they left the job unfinished and my tub still leaks today and i still have this hole in my closet they had to cut out.

Made my problem worse broke pipe left, replaced nothing, said they could come back and fix problem but would cost me around 2.000, was there less than an hour.

Poor services skills, breaks pipes and then leaves with out fixing what they broke. Do not call them to fix your issue unless you want them to not fix it and break other stuff while there.
