“Our seven-year-old electric water heater gave up the ghost (internal electrical short complete with melted wiring and charred insulation) on January 19, 2026. An electrician diagnosed the problem, and recommended AJ DeWolfe, Master Plumber, and owner of Wolfpack Plumbing. I contacted AJ, and he scheduled us for a new water heater installation the very next day. AJ arrived, quickly disconnected and removed our old water heater, and he then installed a brand-new, slim Bradford-White electric water heater. We had hot water restored within half an hour! “A few weeks ago, almost a few days apart, I had no hot water in the house. Then the filter on kitchen sink faucet broke. Then the kitchen faucet started leaking water as well. To add to this list, my garbage disposal stopped working and started leaking water into the cabinet under the sink. I had to put a bucket beneath my sink. Three failures in a short time. But of course, the main problem was the fact that I don't have hot water. I went to the a different plumbing company we talked about pricing and next day they sent their worker to my house. The technician came and I showed him what needs to be fixed. He inspected and analyzed the malfunctions and fixed the problems. Since I personally don't understand either issues or repairs, I simply wanted to get hot water, garbage disposal and faucet to work again. The technician finished his job, I paid and tipped him and he left. Unfortunately, within a few days my garbage disposal started leaking water again and making a strange sound when I turned it on. I was about to call the company and asked them to send their technician again to fix the issue. However, I had the good fortune and pleasure of meeting and working with the owner of Wolfpack Plumbing, whom I heard was an excellent and responsible plumber. I asked him to inspect the water heater system and garbage disposal, which he did. The water heater system was completely corroded and the outlet where it was plugged in was not working due to the leaking water. The situation was very dangerous and could have caused a fire. So, he suggested that I urgently change the water heater, because it is dangerous to keep it on any longer since it could cause a fire with tripping the breaker constantly. AJ, the owner of Wolfpack Plumbing, changed and made the water heater work. In fact, he went to the store and bought much better water heater unit with better efficiency. He worked quietly and neatly. When he was done with installation, he thoroughly tested the water temperature. The garbage disposal had to be reinstalled because the machine was not installed properly by the first technician and therefore it leaked water. All in all, the first plumbing company only installed the kitchen faucet properly. AJ was able to fix the poor quality work from the first company. Due to the thorough examination of the problem, precise diagnosis of the problem and finding an adequate solution to the problem, I wholeheartedly recommend the company Wolfpack Plumbing for all your plumbing jobs.
