“Not all heroes wear capes, some wear Blue Star Plumbing uniforms. Ayaz absolutely saved the day for me. I had an issue with the gas company where they were requiring a service/procedure that I was told was necessary. Ayaz could have easily gone along with it and charged me for something I didn’t actually need, but instead, he took the time to help me work through the situation. He stayed and spoke with the gas company, explained the situation, and advocated for me when it seemed like the issue was going to be impossible to resolve. Because of his knowledge and willingness to help, I was able to get the situation resolved without having to pay for an expensive procedure that wasn’t necessary. That says a lot about someone’s character and integrity. Ayaz didn’t just do his job, he genuinely looked out for me and made sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. “I love Blue Star. We have used them regularly for the last 5 years and they are just the best. The have replaced our hot water heater, 2 toilets, 2 outdoor spigots, and come to do regular preventative maintenance on all the house plumbing. “I contacted Blue Star Plumbing because I needed a faucet and sink disposal replaced in my kitchen. I purchased them myself ahead of time in an attempt to save some money. They were perfect fits to what I already had and was a very simple swap for an experienced plumber. They made the swap and they look good. He was kind and professional. It took a little over 90 minutes and cost me $772. So about $514.00 an hour. This was WITH a “discount”. Take that for what you will.”

“Disclaimer I am a engineer so you better have your facts straight. David and Uriel are aware of my wild rollercoasting experience with another plumbing company and they came in with their best foot in. They arrive and did a quick test to start isolating where the leak could be. I told them the other company did a air pressure test and the area with the largest bubble was between the kitchen sink and the hot water heater. Uriel proceed to cut open the hot water heater drywall and then the manifolds. It was tricky to identify which run was the leak because after more digging he later found out that the city shut off valve wasn't completely shutting off water to my house and that was causing the pipe to not drain which was what he was looking for when trying to identify which run had the leak. Once he was able to bypass the leaking city shut off valve he found the leaking pipe and capped it. They were able to run a new lead through the attic and within a couple hours that 25 gph leak was gone. They were even nice enough to replace my leaking outdoor spigot with a new one free of charge. People always get work up and take time to leave bad reviews but David and Uriel did such a fanta”
