The experience is amazing and you will NOT be disappointed with anything from your first call and talk to customer service, Jay with the sales team, to the team of techs who come do the work. This organization is on POINT! To start, I have had some very terrible experiences with other AC companies in town and have had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars and currently just bought my 2nd AC inside of 6 years.
