“Our pool equipment was all destroyed in a fire. My pool maintenance guy took on the job of replacing it and subbed out a lot of the work to this company. I was not provided an estimate before work began. After work was finished, I received a bill that seemed rather high and did not have any breakdown for cost of parts or labor. I asked for a detailed breakdown of what I paid for, but the owner told me that he would charge me more if he had to breakdown the invoice. He said, if he broke it down, he would have to charge me tax. I have previously had dealings with this company for a warranty issue with a pentair heater. During that interaction, the owner cussed me out on the phone because, his tech couldnt figure out what was wrong with the heater, and he apparently didnt want to come out for himself. Had I known my pool guy was going to sub work out to this company, I would have told him, absolutely not. This company is shady and takes advantage of people.”

“These guys were excellent!!!! Very knowledgeable, quality work, respectful. Can't say enough how much I appreciate a contractor I can trust! These guys know there stuff about pools and know what they're doing. I love it when a contractor knows more than me....and they do. No, I am not fake or paid. Just an Abilene resident who's extremely pleased with the service of this company. Thanks Russell!!”

“If you have a problem with your pool, you need to call this company. Tony took such good care of my elderly mother, repairing the leak in her pool. Very respectful and knowlegable!! Again, thank you Pool Tech!! You guys are great!!!”
