“I had to replace my pool pump after it went out in October. I had purchased a new pump from Amazon, but once I started installing it found that the old connectors and several hoses would no longer work. Leslie Pools in Allen doesn’t carry what I needed so they referred me to Crown Pools who had exactly what I needed and they were very helpful. It’s now all hooked up and working properly.”

“We purchased a 24' Round above ground pool. We love it. The experience around the purchase was excellent. Kyle, the manager, is very knowledgeable. Every question I posed he had a solid and clear answer. He didn't push upgrades on me. He explained the benefit and let me make the decision based on my needs. It is hard to find honest sales folks these days and Crown Pools is a place you can find them. I installed the pool myself over a weekend and on Sunday we found that 2 support pieces were missing from the sealed box. This was not a fault of Crown Pools as these pieces were missing from the factory. I contacted Kyle and he immediately started finding the parts at other stores and got them to me early the next morning. This helped save me money by not having to extend my equipment rental. “I want to say Thank You to Kate for the awesome job she did. It was a pleasure working with her on getting our above ground pool replaced. NOW, I want to give a special thanks to Joe the pool installer and his crew. Joe did an especially great job installing our pool. With the weather causing several delays he got to us as soon as he could. Joe was so very nice and polite and courteous. I think he went above and beyond the average installation. Our previous pool install was in 2015. It was our first pool and I had no idea how things should have been done. Based on this current install that Joe did I can see that the first installers did a crappy job especially with the plumbing of the system. Kudos to Joe. You did a great job!!”

“Bought the new liner for my above ground pool from crown pools - they were helpful and knowledgable in getting me what I needed. And they referred me to Marcos Coronado for installation. Marcos and his team were great! Everything was priced reasonably and it all was done in two days. Other companies had declined the work because i have a deck around one side of the pool but that was no issue with these guys. Everyone was helpful and very professional! “I had a pool that was impacted by the winter storm and been needing to replace it. I was lucky to come across Josh at the Allen location. He knew it was important for me to get a good replacement and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He was working alone and multitasking helping other customers, and me without skipping a beat and still managed to make the process seamless. After I purchased the pool, the contractor needed additional parts to complete the project and typically they won’t release the parts w/o payment first and Josh was willing to work around my schedule to help accommodate the contractor and my work schedule which was very much appreciated! “I was very pleased with how I was treated inside of Crown Pools. Their service was PHENOMENAL. One young woman in particular was extremely helpful. She helped me find the right chemicals for my pool, as well as recommended a few others that may be good if the first options didn't seem suitaband so far they have worked great. “Absolutely the worst service after the sale ever. I had my pool installed last Saturday and the installation was professionally done by a contractor Crown Pools recommended. Problem is our salt system is still not operational because Crown Pools never kept the appointment they made with us to complete that installation. So it’s been 5 days and I have zero chlorine in my pool. If it were the Intex pools I had been buying we would be swimming by now. Nothing like taking our money, paid in full prior to the installation, and running. UPDATE: Crown Pools sent a tech out today as per their response. The service was AWESOME! This was absolutely what we were missing. The tech checked our chemistry, adjusted as needed, installed the salt cell, walked me through the nuances of the entire system, and many other things.
