Mr. Pool Leak Repair - Allen

Mr. Pool Leak Repair operates out of Allen as a registered trade name of Pool & Pipe LLC and handles pool leak detection and repair work across North Texas. The company has provided non-invasive leak detection along with fixes for cracks, skimmers, concrete decks, and full remodels since 2013. Reviewers describe jobs that include locating leaks missed by other crews, replacing skimmers, re-plastering surfaces, swapping out tile, and sealing jets without unnecessary excavation in some cases. Technicians named Justin, Christian, Cody, Nacho, Juan, and Chris appear in the accounts for running tests, explaining findings on site, and completing the repairs.

Homeowners report pools that lost water daily or showed cracks around the coping, and the crew identified the exact source through testing rather than guesswork. In Frisco and Allen addresses, leaks under lines or near returns were fixed on follow-up visits, after which water levels stayed steady. Remodel projects covered tile replacement and surface renewal on aging pools, while other calls addressed slow leaks that had neighbors noticing water in yards. One account notes a commercial pool in Allen where prior companies failed to pinpoint the issue, but this team completed the detection and outlined the fix without added work.

Reviewers note the office staff schedules calls quickly and the field crew arrives on time, walks through each step, and avoids pushing extra services. Communication stays direct, with explanations given before any work begins and follow-through on return visits when needed. Service reaches Allen, Frisco, and nearby Dallas spots, with accounts mentioning weekend responses and clean job sites after repairs.

The reviews show consistent marks at the top end of the scale, with repeated mentions of punctuality, clear updates, and thorough checks that resolved leaks on the first or second visit. One lower mark cited a skimmer that needed a second look after replacement.

“Had a leak that kept dropping my pool level every day and it was starting to stress me out. I’m in Frisco and found Mr. Pool Leak Repair after calling around with no real answers from other companies. From the first call, everything felt straightforward. Christian in the office explained what to expect and got me scheduled quick. The guys showed up on time, walked me through what they were doing, and actually found the problem without guessing. They came back out, made the repair, and since then the water level hasn’t moved. What I appreciated most was they didn’t try to upsell anything or drag it out. Just handled it and got it done right. If you think you have a leak, don’t waste time like I did. These guys know what they’re doing. Huy, Frisco”

“I’m a pool remodel contractor in Dallas near the tollway and we were working on a commercial pool that had a leak no one could find in Allen, Texas. We had already hired a few different leak detection companies. They all tested the pool and gave us answers, but none of them actually found the problem. The job was stuck and the customer was getting upset. We called Mr Pool Leak Repair to take a look. They showed up, walked through everything, and did all the testing like they said they would. They didn’t guess. They actually took the time to figure it out. They found the leak that everyone else missed. After that, they explained what was going on and what it would take to fix it. Once it was repaired, the pool held water and we were able to keep the project moving. If you’re a contractor dealing with a tough leak, I’d call them first.”

“Justin and his team fixed a very tricky leak for us. They were able to bypass a leaking pool return line that ran under the house without having to excavate under our foundation by repurposing an extra line we already had! We now have a leak-free pool and didn't have to excavate under our foundation or trench a new lines! They also re-plastered our pool, replaced all the broken tiles, re-sealed all the jets and skimmers around the pool, and transformed our aging pool back into a sparkling new pool again. Even when there were hiccups along the way, Justin was responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and the issue was promptly addressed over the weekend. He clearly has pride in his work and his company and finding a person like that is hard nowadays. This huge project is finally nearing completion, and I'm very thankful I found Justin and Mr. Pool Leak Repair.”
