“Today I went in to test my water, and Brandon ( I believe) was the only one working and the computer system that helps with that was down. He was very apologetic, and told me he could do it the best he could without the system. The store was packed, but he never rushed me or any of the other customers though the process. He went over it twice with me to make sure. I would have been so overwhelmed under the circumstances. I have also had many good experiences with Mike or Mikey. He is also always very helpful and friendly.”

When someone answered it sounded like the person was a young female and there was not near enough interest in helping me find the part I needed. I gave her details, she said no despite that on further conversation it would seem she wasn’t even sure what I was looking for. Why do you have people not investigating to find out the answer rather than turning away new business?”

“I love this location, the people who work there always makes me feel welcome, and they always answer all my questions with a smile. Matt, the store manager, is very nice and patient. “After feeling like I was bothering Wes at the Green Oaks location, I called and spoke with Blair at this location. I had questions about parts for a filtration system that I purchased at Leslie's a couple of years ago for an above-ground pool. Blair was very nice and gave me the name of a store that could possibly help me, and he was right. I got the help I needed. Later that day, I needed a hose for my filtration system since mine had been chewed on by a dog ;). Instead of going to the Green Oaks location near my house, I visited with Blair and Clinton to get the part I needed. They were so nice to myself and all the customers coming into the store. From now on, I will be visiting this location when needed.”

“Terrible service it was only three people in the store and the attendant was the first person he was working with a lady helping her with some of the pool chemicals just talking to her I come up to the counter I have my stuff it would just take him a second and he had me waiting for it 10 minutes. I didn't say anything about it I just was there waiting patiently the phone rang a number of times I'm sure it was customers he told the lady I only focus on one thing and I don't worry about the phone. I am sure that the manager of this store is not aware of this employees actions but I will never go there again because it was terrible and then when he came to finally check me out the only reason why he did it cuz the lady was courteous enough to say you can check him out you should check him out he wasn't even thinking about doing it unless the other customer suggested it I didn't make a stink about it but I will never go to that store again terrible please whoever the manager is you need to know the employee that was there today Saturday 1010 you need to check him up.”
