Getting to see a 3D pool rendering on the computer was a plus. I am about a month in and the pool looks great. Any punch list items were quickly resolved and the pool is already being enjoyed. “We had Platinum Pools of Beaumont design and build our dream pool and spa. We went out for bid to three different pool companies and the design that Jared came up with blew the other competitors out of the water. We knew at that point that Platinum was who we wanted to go with. Jared assisted us with picking out all of our finishing touches to really make this the pool of our dreams. On the construction side Jordan was our project manager and was hands down one of the best people I have ever done business with, he was extremely professional with everything and at every step in the pool building process. Jordan kept me up to date on each phase of the project by providing me constant updates and contact on when the next phase would start. I appreciated both these individuals at platinum pools as well as the lady’s that work in the office that helped with the clerical aspect of the job. The team at Platinum Pools made this experience for myself and my family one of the best I have ever had with a contractor. “Before going with Platinum Pools for my pool installation, I talked to several people, got bids from 3 different companies and in the end decided to go with Platinum. I'm so glad I did! I give them an A+. They do good quality work (which includes the small details) and they are so easy to work with. Josh, Beverly and Kristin really went beyond my expectations. Beverly spent a lot of time with me and helped me design my pool. I think she really captured what I was looking for and I have gotten endless complements on it. Kristin kept me updated with the process and made sure I knew what would be happening next and asked for any questions I had. Josh oversaw the whole process and made sure everything was done correctly and answered all my questions. And I can't forget Martin. He was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me with the pool equipment. All in all, the whole process went great. If I were to put in another pool, I would most definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!”

“We highly recommend Platinum Pools to build your dream pool. The amazing work of Roy helping design it, Josh supervising the layout and installation of it and Kristin keeping us informed when the contractors were scheduled to come. Being new owners to an in-ground pool, Josh has always been very helpful with answering any questions that may arise. The pool has given us so much enjoyment. With the pool equipment that they suggested it has even made maintaining the pool very easy. You will do no wrong with selecting Platinum Pools.”

“We spent over 100k for our pool and if it was under warranty they eventually took care of the issue but if you expect service after they take your money don’t spend your hard earned money with this group. I own a service company and we take care of the people that take care of us but Platinum just wants to build your pool and go away they don’t want to fix the issue that you will have 5 years later. They gave us some preferred contractor to call and we never received a call back from the either. What’s crazy is we spent over 100k and we are left trying to find someone to work on this pool 5 years later. On top of that the pool we ended up with isn’t even that great . In addition had an issue with tile around the hot tub and they admitted that the tile was installed wrong but they wanted 5k to fix. Found someone else for $800. There is no way this company only has 55 reviews they are most likely paying a company to wash the bad ones away,”

“Platinum Pools were great to work with. From the start, Roy was great to work with in designing and walking us through the process. During the build, Josh was there to assist as needed and was always available to reach by phone. Josh made sure every building aspect was on point. Kristin was great at keeping us informed through email and phone calls. They were a great team to work with! I would use them again for any future needs and would highly recommend them.”

“Once my wife and I decided we wanted to install a pool, we did our research (gunite vs fiberglass, etc) and had three different companies give us bids. By the time Jared with Platinum Pools came out, we had decided we wanted a fiberglass pool. We even told him not to make the 3D mock up. Boy, am I glad he didn’t listen to us! After seeing everything Platinum Pools had to offer, we chose them to install our pool. Jordan was our project manager and was wonderful at keeping us updated with the progress. He quickly answered all of our questions and worked hard to have our pool finished by Christmas. “Our experience with Platinum was fantastic. We started with a design with Beverly. She spent hours working out the details. Josh did all the work with the city regarding easements etc. The city we live in and our particular road had many issues and Josh patiently worked all the problems out. After all was completed, Josh worked with us at "Pool School" on all the things you ever wanted to know about caring for you pool. IO also highly recommend the self cleaning system they carry. No hoses to clean pool and it has been wonderful. All he people at Platinum have been helpful and courteous. We never felt like we were bothering them.
