“Conflict of interest here. Anybody that gives this company less than 5 stars is looking to get something for nothing. We all know these type of people. These guys care. I have had 2 pools serviced by this company and they go ABOVE and beyond. He gave me free chems just because they had the extra and they give unsolicited advice. He even showed me how to maintain it myself without having to go to big pool stores! Turns out Lowe’s has everything you need. Highly recommend these guys. Matt is awesome and knows his stuff!!”

“Do Not Hire This Company! I hired Matt from Biloxi Pool and Spa to maintain my pool. It was a disaster. He serviced it three times, and by the third time, he had done so much damage to my pool's chemicals that I had to drain and refill it. I’ve had this pool for seven years without any issues until I hired this company. Two weeks before hiring Matt, Clearwater Gulf Coast tested my pool chemicals, and everything was fine. After Matt's last service, my stabilizer level shot up to a dangerous 140-150 ppm, making the water unsafe to swim in. The day before this test, Matt had serviced the pool, claiming he had added chemicals to "make the chemistry right." (See the screenshot of texts below.) I wasn't home when he serviced the pool, so I took his word for it. The next morning, the bottom of the pool was filthy (see photos).
