They spent a decent amount of time checking out everything with my pool plumbing, and even got in the pool to test possible cracks with ink. I was very impressed with their work, making sure to do a through inspection testing all possibilities. Ultimately, my pool plumbing was fine (to my shock!) but I did have a small crack i had never noticed in the actual pool. They referred us to a specialist for the repair, so now we will need to tackle that, but im grateful that they were able to rule out plumbing issues and took the time to do a very through job. They were polite and efficient, explained the costs up front and were able to locate the leak using a non invasive approach in less than an hour for $375. He offered to fix the leak or have us refer it to another plumber, but we opted them to fix the leak at agreed on price of $1200. The leak was located under the sprinkler system control box so it took some work but they were able to get the leak repaired in 4 hours. They checked the meter and showed the leak was repaired. All in all it was a good experience at a reasonable price.”
