They were very helpful over the phone, offered suggestions of what the issue could be, and promptly came to our house same day to diagnose/fix the issue. It was likely both a stubborn clog in the skimmer line (which they blew out) and a cracked part of our system, which their store offered and we were able to purchase same day.
