“Outstanding service at all levels. Gabrielle, the store manager, provided excellent service regarding recommending a pool pump booster and helped me get it scheduled. Sabastian the technician did an outstanding job replacing the pump. Alex, store clerk was super helpful and polite. Everyone in this store is very customer satisfaction oriented. Super polite and very knowledgeable. Their service repair and equipment prices are very reasonable and better than other places I called. Highly recommend them.”

“Love this store!! Repaired my Polaris pool cleaner recently at no charge ("found a few rocks in the gears").. and a year ago did an extensive repair on the cleaner at no charge ("found out it was under warranty still"). Amazing staff!!!!!!! Go all out for their customers.”

“They tested pool water and gave me wrong information. Told me alkalinity was low and sold me alkalinity up. Recommended 15 lbs. my alkalinity was actually high! So glad I tested it myself then went to different pool supply to verify. Wont go back. It’s best to test pool water yourself and know pool chemistry. Could if messed my pool up bad.”

“This review is for services and not the store itself. The local owner, Christine is knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice. Unfortunately she doesn't have any control over the services rendered. I bought an expensive filter and paid to have it installed. During the installation the technician exclaimed "Oh s**t" but continued. He had broken a lateral. When finished he told me I would probably have to backwash a lot and should expect to see some glass in the pool. For one whole season I thought I was doing something wrong. When Christine finally helped me figure out what was wrong, the person in charge of services refused to stand behind their work. DON'T get services done by Leslie's they don't stand behind their work.”

“I need to comment that the store personnel have been very helpful. My disappointment is in getting the repair done. I happened to know exactly what I needed done when I called to schedule. I was told that they had to have someone do a site visit before the repair. That took 1-2 weeks. The very nice repair person said “If I would have known what you needed I could have done the repair right now,” which was upsetting because I already knew what needed to be done and told them when I called. He made it sound Iike the site visit wasn’t necessary. Then, when I tried to schedule for the actual repair (which was all I wanted in the first place) I was informed that they were so booked that they couldn’t give me a date for it. I gave up on them and had the repair done by someone else 2 days later.”

“Cristine is THE BEST!!! If you own your own pool and if you take care of it yourself, Cristine is your #1 go-to to help keep it sparkling! She's never been wrong (unlike some advice I got from a Leslie's in Austin), she gives options where there are options, she's polite and professional. Leslie's is a drive for me, so I make a point to go when she's there if I need advice/suggestions/direction. Thank you Christine! See you soon, lol!”

“This is the first online rating I’ve EVER given to a company but considering my negative experience with Leslie’s Pool Supplies in Boerne I refuse to turn a blind eye. Don’t waste your time paying a 50% premium over other reputable companies and don’t waste your time believing in the best price guarantee. This place is a joke and you’ll find the minute you ask about pricing, the smiles that welcomed you as you walked in the door turn into refusing to make eye contact as they encourage you to go buy somewhere else. Ma’am behind the counter, thank you for not wasting my time any longer than necessary and thank you for making all of my future pool supplies and service decisions an easy one. Boerne Pool Supplies should be paying you commission because you are hands down their best salesman.”

“Always helpful to make sure your pool, spa or hot tub water is perfect. You can bring in your water to test and they will tell you exactly what chemicals you need to adjust it to the proper levels of PH, alkalinity, chlorine, etc.”
