“Highly recommend EdgePools! They provide excellent service, vacuum and brush the pool every visit. They analyze the pool water every visit and provide a summary weekly of everything that was done during the visit to include the status of each chemical.”

“We've been using Edge Pools for a couple of years and absolutely LOVE their service. We had used two previous companies after moving to FL and Edge BLOWS them outta the water (pun INTENDED). If you're looking for a good, consistent pool service, who show up when they say they're going to and ACTUALLY do the work on cleaning the pool and chemicals, etc, then I HIGHLY recommend calling these guys/ They are locally owned and have also had the pleasure of meeting both the owners (husband and wife) and they are not only GREAT people, but have also become GREAT friends. “We hired Edge to resurface our ginormous pool. We are very pleased with the process and the result. There were some serious issues with our pool which required them to clear back to the concrete. They completed the work quickly, and we love the end result. In addition to the resurface, they took care of pool maintenance for several weeks after. Great company to work with!”

“I used to be EXTREMELY satisfied with this company and recommend them to everyone. When Eddie, the owner, was the one coming out - we were happy with the service. We have been with them for quite some time and noticed the downfall in the quality of service. It seems they’ve gotten bigger (which is great) but with the additional employees and not being such a “small business” anymore- the quality has gone downhill. We have had two major issues - both in which I e-mailed them about. Their lack of communication in private, yet wanting to put on a show in public is comical. The wife, Heidi, is condescending and has never taken responsibility for any issue (read every single response on the bad reviews on here. Not one ounce of accountability). We were looking for new pool service via a FB group and I simply stated “not Edge pools, we are looking for other options”. I did not put them on blast with my issues, I did not post the video I have of one of my complaints. I simply did not want a bunch of recommendations for Edge, when we were looking elsewhere. Heidi chose to comment, again- with zero accountability. Did not reach out to me in private but needed to put on a show for others to ”

“We love the service we receive from the Edge Pools team. We love seeing our pool sparkling clean every week every time they service our pool. Look at the states of service that the Edge Pools has done. 1st picture is the before. Last picture is our pool after the technician finished. The technicians and office staff has always communicated through every service completed. They also serviced the DE filter system, replaced the DE filter system with a new filter system, quoted us for a salt system and quoted us for resurfacing. If our pool had feelings, it would be as happy as we are. The technician was very knowledgeable, sent us photos of completed service, and always made sure we were aware of necessary maintenance to prevent future issues.”

“I’m not sure if the owner is making faults promises or if the office staff is not relaying Messages. I hired this company several months ago to manage my pool. IN January I had concerns. I was told that the owner would look over my concerns and get back to me no one ever contacted me. in March I started noticing that my numbers on their report did not match the numbers that I was getting on my Pool app when I tried to speak to the technician Michael he seemed like it was a huge bother that he had to take his AirPods out. I asked that he not returned to my house and the next week they sent him anyway and said that they could not guarantee which Tech showed up to my house. I asked for the owner to come out to address My concerns and Diamond in the office told me that Eddie was too busy repairing pools to speak with me, despite Eddie telling me during the startup that he would always be available for consultation if I had concerns. That proved not to be true. I waited three weeks maybe four before terminating their service to give Eddie time to look over my concerns and to at least call me if he could not come to my house. But that never happened. They sent a different technici”

Chino (who is my usual tech, but had vacation) Returned this week and within ONE VISIT (full day of running pool) my pool is back to swimming conditions! “This is a drive by pool company. My filter pump almost burned up due a filthy filter, that could no longer allow water to flow, yet the weekly report they would send to me said it was inspected and cleaned. You will get a service tech onsite for 3-5 minutes per visit. The one time my wife called to complain she talked the owner who was hostile and rude. Steer clear.”
