“The experience my family and I had with Tampa Bay Pools has been absolutely AMAZING. We could not have had a better company, builder and overall experience. Juli Capella was our original design consultant. They visited our house, we met at the Tampa Bay Pool office (on our schedule), spec'd out our pool and signed a contract. She was amazing. I can't see colors and she worked with my wife and I to make sure our colors match the house. She went over everything we needed to look at, answered every question and never tried to upsell. Very personable. Once the design was completed they got everything permitted and we were given a start date. We met Eddie our project manager. Seriously he is top notch. He had great communication, answered text message questions, let us know every step of the way what was next. Totally transparent and really paid attention to the little details. The crew and team they had to build the pool was AMAZING. They took the time to do things by hand with a lot of care and detail in their work. I watched everyday working remotely from home. They even turned down the machines one day so I could show my grandson the progress. The pool looks stun”

“We had a very good experience with our pool build from start to finish. Juli, our sales rep, understood our vision and executed a design that fit exactly what we wanted. As transplants to FL and first-time pool owners, we appreciated how helpful she was in guiding us through certain decisions. She was a good listener and quickly understood our needs. She was always available and responsive throughout the sales process. Jeremy, our project manager, took over once construction started. He too was very responsive and addressed any concerns during that process. He came regularly to visit and inspect the job. The pool was completed within the promised 10 week timeframe. Once construction of the pool was completed, Jacob came to clean the decking and balance the pool chemistry. He was also our pool school instructor. He explained how to use and maintain the pool equipment and how to clean the pool. He was extremely thorough and patient with us. Overall, we're very happy with Tampa Bay Pools. “I began my pool process with Tampa Bay Pools in November with Dan and Jaret, they were always communicative and helpful accommodating my pool design needs. Eddie took over as my point of contact once the construction began in early February, he was always fast to communicate with me what the next process of the build was going to be, he answer all my questions and stayed ontop of all the different contractors working in my backyard. Eddie's work ethic and leadership leading the project exceeded my expectations. I'm overall happy with Tampa Bay Pools services and I will recommend them to others in the future. I wish they had a landscape design division to help me design the rest of the backyard post pool build or that Tampa Bay Pools included in the price of the pool build the fixing of the rest of the backyard after the damage caused by the pool building machinery.
