“I bought a pool heater from Southlake Pools and it's out of warranty since it has been 7 years. I had Southlake Pools send their service person and he determined it was the Versa Flo. They even sent me the cost along with labor to replace this part for 1,056.39. The kicker is that this part the versa flo is NOT even on this heater. I have called asking for the owner to return my call. No response. I finally spoke to his sister and she confirmed that the service person who came to my home was the best she had and he wasn't aware that a versa Flo is not on the heater that he inspected for over an hour. Yep, and that is their best service person. 🤦‍♀️”

This tech, Anthony Russell, and everyone at Southlake Pools are Amazing! As we have Mallard visitors, the Southlake Pool team, is extra careful to not only clean the pool magnificently, they have taken extra steps to use only products that will not harm the ducks!!! In previous years the pool was dark algae green with our using only algaecide as recommended by Wildlife Assoc. “I had an outstanding service call today from Southlake Pools. My technician was Derek. I had worked on my filter to clean out the fins after a summer of pool time. My issue was with the back flow valve. Derek took my observations and went to work quickly and efficiently. He had the issue figured out and repaired in about 15 minutes. Along the way he told me the issue, provided me with pictures to show the issue both before and after the repair. This is the fourth time I have utilize Southlake Pools and have continued to be impressed on the service and communication. The roving for the service was equally good.
