“Tru Blu Pool Renovations is without a doubt the best company to do a complete pool remodel. Our pool was about 40 years old and in need of repairs. I did my research and fortunately found Tru Blue Renovations. We had our pool completely redone from decking, plumbing, skimmers, tanning deck built into the pool, waterfall, lighting and the new pebble plaster. Everything that they did was 100% perfection. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and aimed to please. We had never had a Polaris cleaner before, but Mark made sure that we included that. The best thing that we ever had. It cuts down on cleaning to zero effort. It has been about three years since we had the makeover, and we are so pleased with Mark and his company. “We moved into the area this past summer and discovered that our pool had been "patched up" for cosmetics but had not been properly repaired and there were several leaks. We decided to completely renovate and called around to several companies. Only 2 responded to our calls. Mark came out the same day we called. He was very personable and patient with our many questions and concerns. Once we decided to go with them, they started work immediately, the week of Christmas! All the crews have been very nice and efficient. Each day they cleaned up before they left and progress was easily seen. Today is January 2 and we are a few hours away from refilling the pool. “Our pool was completed almost 20 years ago and was in dire need of repair. Mark helped us pick out the tile, pebble color and the flagstone for the edging around the pool and spa. His recommendation for the spa stonework vastly improved its appearance. The flagstone edging has a lot of S curves in it - Mark's talented stone masons did a wonderful job. They also repainted and sealed the pool deck and it looks great as well. Mark, the owner, came by every day to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend TruBlu”

“We had our pool renovated several years ago and when it was done it LOOKED fantastic. However, the follow up, service and quality of materials have proven to be disappointing. The edge coping they put in is a type of sandstone which degrades so that lots of sand gets in the pool and it is difficult for the Polaris sweeper to pick up. The Breeze Salt cell chlorinator Tru Blue installed worked great, but it fell off the wall when the screws didn’t hold, but the unit did not break. Tru Blue came out to screw it back up and it fell a second time and broke when it fell. I spent $1500 dollars getting a new salt cell installed. If they had just done it right the first I would still be using the original salt cell. Not recommended.”

“Extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I had to call five days in a row just to get someone to come clean our pool. Each person who showed up said someone else would come, then did nothing. When they finally attempted to clean today, they pulled all the debris out and left it in a giant pile of trash six inches from the pool — which I had to clean up myself, and most of it ended up back in the water. They charged us $300 for a cleanup that, five to six days later, still isn’t done. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Our pool is around 35 years old, and was chipping and had stains on the floor. We used Tru Blue Pool Renovations to update it. We got new stone/tiles and a pebble finish inside. WOW, is all I can say, the work is impeccable. It is a stunning transformation. The work was done quickly and communication was on point. “I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I paid 12K to repair crack and re-plaster my pool. Six months after the crack came back due to them NOT doing the repair correctly. They also did not fully remove (sandblast) paint off and now the plaster has to be removed, sandblasted again and repair the crack correctly. I am facing another 30K in cost to fix what Mark did not do correctly!”

“Mark came out to do an estimate on our skimmer repair project within 24 hours of calling. He even came out on a Saturday, which was impressive. Our piping under our deck had a leak and we had to reroute a new pipeline underground from the skimmer around our property to the pool equipment. His partner, who came out to do the digging, completed the project in 3 days and our skimmer is now working great! My only complaint, and reason for a 4/5 star review, is that a mess was left in our backyard grass. None of the dug up grass was put back and flattened in place. I reached out to Mark the day the repair was completed and reported how the grass was left a mess. Unfortunately, despite a week passing by, he never came back out to our house to fix the problem. Needless to say, this morning I spent 3 hours cleaning up the mess and appropriately putting the grass back where it belonged. You can see the mess that was left with the attached picture. I would use Tru Blu Pool services again in the future, but would be weary that the cleanup job may not be as thorough as the actual job repair performed.”

“Tru Blu has refurbished my pool twice. I appreciated the input from Mark about tile and plaster choices. I have called him recently to add a handrail and his guys were superb.
