“Brent at Custom Pools is awesome. Super attentive and reliable. I knew if he said he was going to do something it would get done. We ordered a custom swimming pool cover. Right away they came out to measure and when it arrived they installed it to make sure it fit and even took it back off because it is summer time and we wanted to use the pool. Very professional and really kind. I do recommend custom pools LLC if you need any kind of service they offer!”

“Custom Pools has called me a liar on a public forum, that is a level of professionalism that speaks vole to lack of umes. My cover has never been working correctly, it has failed to open more than once, still doesn't close all the way. They claim on on their schedule but nothing fixed after 2 years. They keep coming out and telling me there is nothing wrong. When filter and heater quit running they told me to clean Tcells, which pretty sure they should have done when pool was opened. They claimed they did not need cleaned. Then I called about filter not running and they suggested I CLEAN the Tcells. I finally did that and no change. Then electrician came and said its a bad breaker due to lack of surge protector. They claimed I should have anticipated this problem and I SHOULD HAVE installed surge protector. Well, maybe if I was an experienced electrician I would have know this. I was never advised by anyone tat this was necessary. I was relying on highly paid professionals to install pool safely. How is a home owner expected to know how to know this was necessary. That is why we hired Custom Pool LLC and other professionals like the electricians they contracted to inst”

“I went into this business on Wednesday and spoke to a young male who identified himself several times as "I'm new". He tried to sell me something that was being held for someone else. I asked for someone to please call me later since this individual could not tell me more about what he was trying to sell me. There was no one else in the store to assist so I left. No one ever called me. 2 days later, I called and got the same "new" person on the phone who seemed to be having some axiety and told me if I wanted to go to another pool store I could or I could buy the product that was almost $200 that I know nothing about and neither did he.
