“Our pool was is less than five years old and the tile on the spillway began to fall into the pool. I called Bill on a Sunday, he answered his phone and said he would be stop by Monday to investigate. This was a small job but he still took the time to take photos and schedule a Zoom call that evening to discuss his findings. He was honest from the beginning and gave us a few options. Bill answered all our questions and explained the process. Our next step was to choose the tile. Bill sent us three tile stores and asked us to choose which one was most convenient for us. He even went the extra mile and set up the appointment with the tile store. Once we chose the tile we scheduled the job. Bill and his crew arrived early and finished the job by 3 pm. “The prior builder did cheap work and it was terrible. The whole glass tile wall from our hot tub fell into our pool. It was a MESS. Esposito came in, cleaned it up and made my life so much easier. The found a crack in the pool and were able to fix it. They added more plaster to strengthen the walls. He was very honest and forward about all the issues and how to fix them. From start to finish it was about 3 days total. I was shocked. Our pool is up and running week later with no delay for the kids and everyone to enjoy!”

He has provided us specifically excellent choices when we needed to re-plaster the pool from what was available, to accurate costs and durability statistics. But not only did Bill and his team do an excellent job on the re-plaster, but his supervision during and after the installation was superb, ensuring we received what we paid for. He actually went above and beyond, inspecting during preparation and providing all new plastic parts for my drains, eyeballs and spa jets all within original estimates! Bill’s support did not end with the re-plaster. He provided all test and additive chemicals to restart the pool, frequently came over to check, and maintained communications on a daily basis to ensure our investment was taken care of. “Highly recommended! Esposito Pools took over the weekly maintenance of my pool 5 months ago. To say I am delighted is an understatement! Bill tuned the entire pool system. This included setting the main Pentair IntelliFlo variable speed pump to run 24 hours a day at a range of different speeds rather than running flat out for 12 hours a day as it used to be set. This actually saves electricity and keeps the pool looking good all the time. He also reduced the pool cleaner from running 6 hours a day to just 2 hours a day (which is all it needs to do its job), significantly increasing the life of the cleaner. “Esposito and his team definitely know what they are doing when it comes to pool repair. I had a heater issue where it was going off and on. I called 3 other companies and they just could not figure it out. Found Esposito on a board and he answered right away sent me to schedule via email and came out within 3 days. At that time he checked everything and told me it’s a gas issue and needed to upgrade my meter. I did and then he went above and beyond to come check it and tune it after the gas meter was upgraded. Just great customer service and honest. Would definitely use again and would recommend him to anyone having issues with pool equipment.”

“I am so impressed with Bill at Esposito Pools. My pump motor died after being in my new house only three weeks. He came out within an hour of my first call to troubleshoot. He offered three options at various price points, so I really felt like I was able to choose what fit my budget. He also saved me money by helping out with my home warranty company, even though he doesn't work with them directly. He was also able to get us a few rebates to also help lower the cost. One thing that could have been better was the scheduling. I felt like I was the one who had to call and push to get information. I will admit, this is a very busy time for them, so I was definitely more understanding. Bill stayed until 9:15 pm to get the pump in for us, even after working a full day. I could tell he was tired, but he stayed until it was finished. He is really a fountain of knowledge about pools and pool care. He talked us through how to use our new pump for almost half an hour. “We are very happy with the service and reliability of Esposito pool service. I love being able to call a technician and have my calls picked up immediately. We were hoping our pump was spewing water due to an o- ring, but no such luck; A crack made a new one necessary. Bill explained about the latest technology that allowed a pool pump to save an enormous amount of energy and afforded a great savings on cost of electricity. They gave us an estimate for the pump but when they realized they forgot to include the regulator for the control panel, they did not charge us for it because it should have been included in the original quote.
