“This establishment is fantastic! Tasha and Javier are absolutely fantastic 🙌 such a joy to stop in. Friendly faces. They know their stuff. Free water test. Great suggestions to help get rid of any problems I am having with my pool. Also keep Tasha. I would consider keeping Tasha as a regular employee! She is an absolute joy.”

“So I bought a pool pump six months ago, September 2025 and the pool pump stopped working. I call up and spoke to Javier at the store who proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for service to collect on the year warrant that the pool pump has. I wouldn’t trust this store with any type of major purchase like a new pool pump. Find someone else you’d be doing yourself a favor.”

“The staff at retail locations are friendly, and courteous, and prices seem on par with most other local pool supply stores. This remainder of this review is for the Service Department & Customer Service for TexSun in the Houston area. After shoddy, unauthorized repairs were done to our pool equipment that resulted in further damage, as well as work debris being left all over our back yard and damage to our entry gate, I will actually do everything I can to have people choose other than TexSun for their pool service issues. And then, the audacity to charge us for all of that. When I called “customer service,” I got a “We’ll look in to it.” That was the last I heard. At the very least, a refund should have been issued, as our cost to repair the additional equipment and personal property damaged was 4-5x that amount.”

“Now that they have been bought out by Leslie's and they have no competition buyers are stuck buying their crazy products at extremely higher prices They only carry low end products that have to be used in conjuction with others products to do the same job as the products I used to get from Tesun Might as well by from Lowes or Home Depot”

“So disappointing that Leslie's buys out another pool supply competitor. Their prices are exorbitant, so I'll be buying my pool chemicals online. Of course now Leslie's is buying out some of my online favorites as well. Seems like they're wanting to create a monopoly in the pool business.”
