“I had a 20-year-old pool pump, and after the motor began failing for the second time, I decided it was time to replace and upgrade the entire pump. Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable. She found a pump on sale that was compatible with my system, priced lower than the quotes I received from two other companies, and included a longer warranty. The new pump is a major improvement. I can control it through a smartphone app instead of walking to the side of the house to set timers or manually switch between low and high settings. The technician completed the installation quickly and professionally and was very helpful in setting up the app. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs help with pool equipment.”

When I had equipment go out they were able to get the parts I needed instead of recommending that I replace the whole unit. “They continue to be awesome. I had a problem where my main drains were not sucking, fully clogged, so junk would build up on the bottom and when running the heater the top 3 feet of water would be toasty and the bottom 4 feet crazy cold. They came and Co2 blew out my skimmers and spa drains, and after we finally figured my non-standard plumbing had the mains going as well. (After some googling, found much greater chance to crack pipes if you use water and something like a drain king which i already had)Also replaced 4 drain covers which had started to crack (i was getting to it, they had only been on my to-do list for 7 months). When scheduling, had also picked up a new main pump capacitor and new sweeper timer. They were more than willing to install for me, but gave me 5 minutes of advice so I easily did myself and saved me $125 on installation for a $11.75 capacitor. Having them back to install a silent bubble blower eventually (it's on my to-do list).”

“Very rude ladies at this location. I did my usual week purchase of 2 5 gallon chlorine liquid containers and both ladies did not want to help me take one container to my car. Very poor customer service skills. Every time I visit they have a chip on their shoulder. I’m done with their store.”

“As a store to walk in to, it's great. As a pool service, they're AWFUL! They don't communicate with you AT ALL, they let your pool and money go down the drain. Never talked to me about any additional charges for checking leaks, installing a new motor etc. They just did the work and then would send me an invoice that was higher than I expected so I had to call and ask about it, they were apologetic and understanding on the phone and then would do the same thing not even a month later. Thanks to them I've had to replace my motor twice and they charged me $150 just for the installation of 1!?! I am absolutely fed up with this company and would not recommend them to anyone, take your money elsewhere cause it ain't worth spending it on this service unless you want your pool to slowly die.”

“These guys are the best. I’ve been in my house for a little over a year now (1st time pool owner). They test my water and only sell me what I actually need (unlike Leslie who try to get $100 out of you every visit). They have pool parts, chemicals and the most important thing, I they share their knowledge! I had a sudden major cloudiness issue pop up out of nowhere. I asked them about it. Instead of telling me to have their tech come for a service visit, they gave me a list of things to check on my own. The 2nd thing on the list was my problem. I fixed it for a $3 dollar part (an O ring which they had in stock). I can’t imagine a better place to help me take care of my pool!”

They have better staffing that Leslie pools, which allows you some time to learn from the experts and better treat your pool. They had supply that had been out of stock at Leslie’s (went there first since it is closer to my house). It is just nice to deal with happy and smiling people. There is not a pressure to buy things. “Horrible service. I went in today to get my water tested. The employee talked to me briefly then started helping other customers and just left me. I’m not going back. Just went over to Texsun. They were wonderful. I saw you replied. Thank you for the time. There were other customers there but she was helping me when she just left me there to help others who came in after me. When I came in and she was helping another customer she didn’t leave them for me. And it wasn’t just one customer but 2. What she should have done is to let other customers who come in after me know she’s helping me now but will be right with them. I didn’t “feel” that she was unwilling to assist me. Her actions showed me that.”
