“The switch for our pool slide and waterfall stopped working so we called multiple pool repair companies to look into it. All of them advised us that the switch is busted, electrical work is needed and that we need a new pump. Total cost will be close to 4k. On top of that, they charged us fee just to “look” at the issue. I saw the reviews on Excelsior so I decided to give him a call. He did a thorough review for free and gave us honest estimate. His diagnosis was different and made a lot more sense. We even get to keep using the switch we had. The best part is he got it done the next day in just an hour. “Highly Recommend Excelsior Pool Service and Leak Detection. If you have any concern about excessive pool water lose, this is your best one stop shop. I've been dealing with a leak for a few years. 3 years ago, hired another company, paid about about the same rate but they were not able to find the leak. Told me must be very small, not big enough to address. This summer being one of the hottest, I was losing between 1.5-2 inches per day. Talked to Jeff, owner, he was able to quickly schedule. Today was the day. I'm so relieved. Jeff took his time, did a complete leak test including diving into the pool (other company did not get into the pool) found a gap between tile and skimmer. Fixed on the spot. Price was fair and reasonable.”
