I have weekly service but I've also had them install a new pool/hot tub heater and that was a great experience too and it runs like a champ! They're most reasonable and customer focused pool company I've worked with and I've owned multiple pools and used many pool companies in the Metroplex in last 20 years. “I called Larsen Pools on Monday and spoke to the lady who answered the phone. After explaining the problem she said someone would be out the next day(Tuesday)to check out our pool. I stayed at home all day waiting for them to show up, but they never did. I called back Wednesday morning and the lady who answered the phone said they were coming later that day. Once again, I stayed home all day and nobody showed up. It's now Thursday afternoon and I haven't seen or heard from them. If you value your time at all, I would avoid using this company.”

“Don’t give them your debit or credit card information; as other reviewers have mentioned there will be unauthorized charges and they also charge more than quoted. I tried them for a while and it was not reliable and they lie attempting to get you to have more work done than necessary; I found another business. A previous employee of theirs told me he even had thousands stolen from him out of his paychecks while working there.”

“I recommend Larsen Pools to anyone that is asking for a referral. I have been using them for more than 10 years and find them to be knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely hard working. I have had terrible experiences with 3 other pool companies before trying Larsen Pools. The first time I needed their help, they walked me through my issue over the phone and didn't charge me anything. This is the true definition of customer service. They have had my business ever since and I can't imagine using anyone else.”

“This is a great family-owned business that takes pride in the exceptional service they provide. Our pool pump had been leaking for months and finally gave out several weeks ago. We tried for months to have the leak fixed by Personal Touch Pool Care, and once the pump went out, we just couldn’t take it anymore. We switched to Larsen Pools and literally the next day Leif Larsen (owner) came to our house and personally fixed the leak. He ordered a new pump that day, and as soon as it arrived he personally came back to our home an installed the pump. I am still amazed by the service. We tried for months with our previous company to have an issue never be fixed, that Larsen fixed in days. Thanks again Larsen Pools!!”

“Been a customer for almost a decade. This company does a very good job on pool maintenance and repairs. If holidays fall on your cleaning day, they will do it the day after, even if it is a weekend. Workers are courteous and quick. The ONLY complaint I have is receiving bills. I do not know if their e-mail address is flagged as spam to Yahoo! and Google (Larsen's does NOT spam their customers), but I had some months where I wouldn't get a statement via email. If you use this company, they keep great records. I never have a problem getting bills if I asked for paper statements instead of e-mail. There was one month I double paid, and they caught it. They asked if I wanted credit or reimbursement. The Larsens are very honest and nice.”

“I was searching for a local pool company to service/repair my pool. My pool is in need of repair and I was calling to request an estimate. As a female, I was excited to read on Larsen Pool website under repair written “Even if you don't know what's wrong, give us a call and we'll be on site to diagnose and conduct repairs. Our passion for pools is equal to love of your pool." This is a line a copied and pasted direct from their site, so that you could understand my expectations. When I called, the woman that answered proceeded to tell me that it was the skimmers, I told her that was not the issue. I informed her that my husband said that the pool is gurgling and that he believes that there is air in the lines. The female rep with Larsen Pool then asked me if she could speak to my husband instead of me and if she could have his number to call for more information. I felt that was a very odd way to conduct business. Do not recommend calling unless you know exactly the repair you need to make. I cannot speak on their service as I did not get past their screening phase of my pool expertise.”

“I needed them to come vac my pool to waste. Sent a tech out. Seemed like he brought his friend to work with him. They were there for about 90 minutes and left. I check my account balance and for starters they charged my account without informing me. Also they charged me double what I was expecting. I called in and they said 2 technicians for 90 minutes was what they charged me for. I paid for a kid to stand around my pool watching his buddy. They only told me it was $70 an hour, not $70 an hour per person. The second person was 100% unnecessary. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION AHEAD OF TIME! BETTER YET DON'T USE THEM”

“The couple owning & operating this business are exceptionally dishonest & deceptive. Do not do business here unless getting very dishonest high prices & unnecessary pool work recommendations are ok to you to waste so much more money than you should be paying often for work that was not done or wasn't needed in the first place. They also steal from employees, three of their workers in the past explained to me in detail being stolen from continuously before quitting. People with this disgusting character have no business running a business or representing Christ. I'm disgusted with the larsens”
