“Today, my pool motor stopped working. It needed to be repaired because of the impending cold weather. I made a couple of calls to pool repair services seeking someone who could MAYBE come by today to take a look at it and hopefully repair it. I wasn't having much luck because it is Friday. My regular pool service person was jammed packed with service obligations...who is also awesome. I continued looking. In all of the days where I had previously searched for pool service and/or repairman, this was my first time ever seeing this Company in the search results. After speaking with Chris, the owner, I was elated because not only was he showing up, but his cost to do so was excellent. Well, as it turns out, the repair was a complex one. And had he not kept digging....really digging...and I believe some wouldn't have, it would have remained unresolved...for now. He literally left and returned twice for parts driving a distance without so much of a hint of frustration. I am over the moon that it is now repaired. He also replaced all of the seals.
