“8/18/2026 - I went by today and there was a sign on the door that the Flower Mound location is now closed and not reopening. The bearings in my 12 year old Pentair Intelliflow pump were going out and I did not want an issue if we hand another deep freeze. I also had an issue with air getting in the line. I thought about replacing the unit myself, but I liked the idea of the 3 year warranty and the plumbing was very cramped. I was happy when a sharp service tech showed up, quickly had my new pump up and going and also solved the air leak. The new install is better then the old because the pump is now flat on the pad and not lifted up as before. I would highly recommend Pretty Pools.”

“We recently used Pretty pools as they were highly recommended. They did a great job however I was disappointed when they charged us an additional fee for having to come back the next day to fix the issue due to not having a part in their truck. When we called we told them the problem so why wouldn’t they bring what was needed to fix the issue they thought it was? Charging an additional fee to have to come back out because a part wasn’t on the truck is unacceptable. 25 minutes of work cost us $250. So disappointing, we won’t be using them again”

I recently had them replace a faulty bubbler light, and during the process, they uncovered a serious issue with the original wiring of my pool—it wasn’t just incorrect, it was unsafe! But no worries, the amazing General Manager, Nick Collins, personally stepped in to take charge of the project. He made sure every detail was perfect, and I was thrilled with the outcome! Their service prices are very reasonable, and I researched a bunch of companies before hiring them. And having someone with expertise come out regularly gives me peace of mind that any problem that may arise will be quickly identified. They are also flexible and accommodating to how often we've wanted service. I highly recommend.”

“Service Oriented, Proactive, Professional. We had Pretty Pools install some new pool equipment and automation recently and could not be happier with the outcome from Marc and his team. From the assistance and education with the purchase, to the install day, to the post install support the service was excellent. Nick did a very thorough install which looked very clean and you can tell he takes pride in his final work product. Additionally, I was impressed with the proactive approach they took to diagnosing and fixing our pool cleaner. They spun through 5-6 possible issues and found 2 key issues that they fixed quickly. “The most professional pool maintenance company in the area. Have mastered the art of retaining well-trained people. Which means they are not the cheapest, as they have to pay these folks well to stem attrition. For repairs and installations, I have had their sales rep give me estimates that are higher than other reputed pool companies, but they do stand by their work and that could be the reason. I do get multiple opinions on large work orders, which has led me to believe that though I would use Pretty Pools for maintenance in a heartbeat, they are yet to earn my 100% trust on large installations (like a variable speed pump). Hence, knocking off 1 star.”

He took the time to listen and then took the time to explain what was needed. He repaired our pool pump and did it all under warranty. “If i could give less than a star, I would. One of the worst pool companies to deal with. First they broke the valve handle, and then they tried to charge me 100.00 claiming that it was old and bridle. I had to plea my case to the manager to get them to remove the charge from my bill. I told them it wasn’t broken before they arrived. Then they replaced a fully functional FNS plus manifold and charged me 95 dollars. Mind you, nothing was wrong with the manifold. They said i had the wrong one. But it was working perfectly fine. The technician Colin had the nerve to try to take that same manifold he replaced with him ,after i told him 3 times not too and to leave it alone and that i would throw it out. He threw it right in the back of his truck, like I wasn’t going to see he did that???!!! I told him to take that out of truck. I was not going to let him leave with it I will never work with this company again.”
