My husband and I are in our early eighties and we are more dependent on service. Our pool this year needed a real update. The plumbing basically was shot. I called after they opened the pool and explained all I could. Instead of telling me I would be on a wait list they came out almost immediately and addressed every issue. “Don’t waste your time calling any one else. We had a pump that was leaking and had several companies come out to fix it. But to no avail it still leaked. “Just had Metro install a pool cover in preparation for winter season. Metro sized and installed. The owners son did the install and did a great job. He demonstrated how to remove the cover in the spring when pool season arrives again. Metro can do full shutdown and startup as well. I’ve had pools for 20 years and if I have an issue these are the guys I’ll call first. We sold our house in May to an individual who has no pool experience. I recommended Metro to him for weekly service and maintenance.”
