I called today 4/6/2026 to have my pool pump looked at knowing that after the research I have done, it needed replaced. Daniel called around 5:00 and by 7:00 he verified it needed to be replaced and had completed the replacement.. Daniel checked his work at least three times and spent time explaining about the app and all the features.. Totally amazing same day service!! Thank you so much!! “Sasquatch pool service team came to my rescue. I had a major damage issue with my automatic pool cover. Its tracks busted out of the concrete due to the deck jets freeze protection mode kicking on and draining the pool on top of the cover. The freeze protection set point was set to high. Well above freezing and no rain in forecast. I made the mistake of not putting the auto pump on the cover. This damage was really bad and I was looking at having to remove the concrete around the pool to fix. Then Sasquatch Pool service came and told me it might be possible to fix this without removing concrete. They successfully prepped and pressed the automatic cover tracks back into place and held with high strength epoxy replacing the void in under ground concrete. My pool is now as good as new. Saved me several thousands of dollars. I am so pleased with Sasquatch pool service. Absolutely saved our season. My wife & grandkids are happy. The canceled party is back on schedule. “I cannot even tell you what an amazing experience we've had. Last year we attempted to care for our pool ourselves. Being first time pool owners it went terribly. I called numerous other places and none would help. We live in Claremore and very few service our area. When we got home that day from work, after we hunted for a service company all day, there was am advertisement for Sasquatch in our mailbox. So we called and he showed up that week. Instantly figured out our filter had aged and wasn't working any longer. He fixed it and came every week, sometimes twice a week, until we got this end result. It took about 5 weeks or so. But Holy cow I wouldn't do it any other way. He is so kind and so patient. A dedicated amd hard worker. Even showed up in some of the lighter rain storms to check on it and chemical it if needed.
